I placed my order at Walgreens before I went in to go shopping with a order placed asap. Did my shopping came out roughly 10... mins after my order was placed drove down to dunkin and was picking up my order through the drive lane. The line was wrappedaround the building so I decided to park and go in went in and the manager was talking on her airpods while everyone else wasscattering to get orders filled and placed. (Very common for this location). Waited roughly 5 mins to get acknowledged and toldthem I was here to pick up a order. One of the employees handed me my coffees. I also had 2 sandwiches, 2 orders of hashbrowns,and a order of mini bagels. They hadn't even started making it yet. So waited about 10 mins for them to make my food. Finallygot my order went out to the car and my order was incorrect. I was missing a sandwich, the hashbrowns were cold and my coffeewas missing cream and sugar. I'm done with this location. I'm local to this area and I believe I'm about to start going tostarbucks. Read more
Used to come here every morning before work to get some coffee and breakfast. Back then must of the staff knew me and would... throw me some deals sometimes for coming so often. Hadn't been in some months and most of the staff were people I'd never met.They were pretty busy and were training a new person but were very nice and helped me figure out the new app as it hadcompletely changed to a newer updated rewards system since I last used it. Made sure I wasn't charged for my free munchkins asyou had to do the order through the app which we hadn't done at first. I repeated my order to the woman behind the counter 3 separate times and she still rang up and made my order wrong . All I... wanted was a pumpkin cream cold brew add caramel . That?s it and what I received was an unsweetened cold brew add one pump ofcaramel? this isn?t the first time they have screwed up my order . But they need to listen instead of assume and talk over .
