Mixed reviews as at times we fly through and don't get what we ordered. At times it takes a while and we don't get a good... tasting drink. Then there are the variables of a half filled cup or no sweetener. Forget a late night donut, they are out ofthat one, and that one, and that one, and wait please, yes we are out of that one. What can I say? It's less than a mile and Iusually will wait on me to make a fresh cup before goung there. Haven't had what I feel like was a fresh donut...or even a softone in a while. Read more
Always incredibly slow. Even if I'm the only one in line it is slow to order (always wait for them to answer or they say "I'll... be with you in a minute ") and then at the window is slow to get items. Greater than 50% of the time my order is right, butusually the coffee is only mediocre compared to other DD. After waiting 20 minutes in drive thru, I finally get to order (french vanilla coffee, a bagel with butter and grape jelly not... toasted, and 2 jelly donuts). It was going to be a long trip from Knoxville to Louisiana. When I get to the window the employeesare laughing about giving the customer in front of me the wrong drink. The girl looked out drive thru window laughed and said,"oh well he's gone too bad". I get my order skeptical if it was going to be right. Coffee was ok not bad. I go to get my bagelnothing on it. I thought maybe they put butter packs in the bag...nope. they did put jelly in that must have been too close tothe heat because they were liquid like grape juice. The jelly donuts would be good right? No! They weren't jelly donuts theywere plain donuts. By this time I was back on the highway wasn't going back, but really disappointed. Read more
Live about 10 minutes tops from this location and for some reason they can?t seem to handle more than one car in the drive thru... at a time. I always order online from the app so I can quickly get my coffee and leave but it never happens that way. I onceordered a large cold brew with the usual ingredients inside and an extra shot of espresso and they handed me a large cup ofcream instead? No coffee at all inside so I had to pull back and ask for 3 shots of espresso myself to add. The uncommon timesthey do make my coffee correctly though it?s not all terrible, but I still have to wait every time regardless so it?s usuallywatered down or cold anyways by then. UPDATE: went this morning at around 6AM (keep in mind they open at 5), and had already putin and paid for my mobile order. Get to the window and see a piece of paper just taped up saying they are opening late, eventhough it?s already over an hour past time? Some blonde girl got an attitude with me even though she was the one who immediatelycame off rude when I said nothing disrespectful to begin with. I ordered through door dash, and ordered a glazed blueberry, two frosted chocolate, and two strawberry frosted sprinkled donuts.... With a large hot chocolate, and a blue raspberry coolatta. We got 5 strawberry sprinkle donuts, and the glazed blueberry. Thelarge hot chocolate had a whole in the cup, and the entire cup was empty in the bag that It came with. With the cup practicallyfloating in the hot chocolate. Just wanting to be acknowledged with what happened. Because I'll never order from that locationin the future I'm afraid. Read more
This Dunkin is the best place to grab a quick coffee in the area without having to venture onto the strip or downtown roads.... Line moves pretty quick. Haven't been inside in awhile but if memory serves correct, it stays pretty clean in there. How wellyour coffee is made is just up to what drugs your worker has taken that morning. If you had a nicer staff person, I would give a better star rating but until you fire girl who is darker skinned. She is so... rude. I?m over going there and bring treated like I?m an inconvenience.
