Not the Dunkin experience at all. Coffee MIGHT be hot before 8:00 am. More than 4 times my coffee has been barely warm , and... cold. This does go well with price increase.I will be going to the merchants road location where the manager is rude but thecoffee is hot. Read more
I have been to dunking donuts in two different locations, one in ky and the other in tn. Took my order then never prepared and... proceeded to the next orders. Completely skipped mine, not to mention very poor service and rude attitude. Very disappointing Read more
Ughh... this location is always struggling. It's such a convenient location, but it's not worth the money. They are always... understaffed, the drink is habitually made wrong, the wait is long, they leave out an item... every time! I even use the app toorder ahead and it's still not ready and still wrong. After this last visit, I've given up. It's not worth the hassle. Read more
OK so I have a really bad problem with the Dunkin' donut on merchant drive they are very, very rude their drinks Cappuccino,... hot chocolate, mocha, etc. Do not taste the same as the other Dunkin' donuts exact same drink taste!!! I did a test on thatlocation and Broadway location. Merchants drive was very dark and tasted burnt then I go over on Broadway and there was a lightcolored And it tasted so much better I honestly believe if you would do this same test you'd understand what I mean, I got alarge Carmel frozen coffee, first they made me a new one,I complained about it,the second was no better so I took it and left Iwasn't going no where important so I went to Dunkin donut on Broadway right then, I ordered the exact same thing,when she handedit to me out the window I showed her the other one I had (see through cup) it was very dark! Then I tasted of it and I was inheaven like I normally was when I buy and drink them! I honestly wish I could give this location a negative five star. I sadly have to order online from this location almost every... morning if I'm in a hurry, otherwise I'd definitely go to a different location. It NEVER fails with this location they never putenough flavor in my ice coffee or they add WAY too much. They also never give enough ice in my coffee. Today they didn't evensend my coffee. This is the worse store ever. I have even got ice coffee here a few times and it was literally water, ice andflavor no coffee what so ever. They should just close this location or get better help. It also NEVER fails if I order 5 largedrinks they NEVER put straws in the bag and the few times they have they sent one small straw for a LARGE drinks smh... Then Icalled and told the so called MANAGER about it and must thought it was funny and cussed me out. Waiting over a week for a resolution. No response from upper management or lower management. What an absolute rip off this... location is. On thanksgiving the mobile order was open for this location. The only location available near me. I order $40worth of coffee and go to pick up. Closed. I call the next day, and I?m told by an employee that the District Manager failed toturn off the mobile order for this location and manager needs to get back to me for a resolution. Also that I may need to submitan inquiry through the app. Before that I call back and am never able to get a manager. So I submit through the app and theytell me the store will follow up with me for a resolution in 2 days. Here I am over a week and still waiting. The fact that Ihave to reach out to get my money back is insane. The district manager should have actively refunded all orders that happenedthis day. (btw I?m told it was something like 60+ tickets from an employee working the next day) Why is this still an issue?This is insane and I now am still out $40 for no product received, no call back, and no resolution.
