Ordered a Lrg Carmel Iced Latté and a Maple Bacon/Egg/Cheese on an english muffin, but requested the muffin to be toasted... before making the sandwich. When I tell you it was perfectly toasted, butter glistening, bacon crunchy also decent amount, andthe egg completely fit the sandwich. This was 10/10 service. The sandwich is picture perfect. I come here a lot as it is very close to my job. This morning I Went inside to pick up a mobile order that my coworker had... ordered for us before I went to work and I went inside, told the woman at the counter the name and it wasn?t ready yet. That?sfine. Then a few minutes later she asked if it was drive thru and I said oh hold on let me see! It was drive thru I just hadn?trealized since I wasn?t the one who placed the mobile order. She then huff and rolled her eyes. Like I was making her jobharder than it had to be. I apologized. We?re all human we make mistakes. Anyway, guess she was having a bad morning. Why can y?all not put some decent non hood ratted workers on the crews? Dunkin used to be so awesome with decent people. Now... when I go there I?m wondering what the crackheads are doing. You got girls talking like they?re gang just kicked them out andguys working who say things like ? what?s up it?ll be 10.88? ??????? And the drive thru lines?what in the hell is wrong withBroadway location? I?m looking at 2 workers smoking by the menu sign while the line is wrapped onto the main highway. Y?all justgiving up and letting starbucks take over? They?re already classier by looks alone. Used to be able to get a large iced coffee for $2.19 now it?s $3.49. Sandwiches also went up to $4.19. The two stars is for the... price jump. The service has always been fast and wonderful! Just wish the price of everything wasn?t almost doubling. Read more
Really really nice store! The people were friendly and professional, the coffee was super fresh and super hot! Customers are a... little squirrely, one told the lady behind the counter that a gangster walked in the door and she was scerrrd, lol, whateverthat means! The lady behind the counter asked her where, and she pointed right in front of me. That was an eye rollingexperience. But, you can't control the customers that come into a public eatery. I ordered through Uber Eats and my experience was so good I decided to actually take the time to come leave a proper review.... First, I am a foodie and pretty hard to please to be honest. I placed an order through Uber Eats and had low expectationsbecause I know the food will sit and not be very fresh by the time it is delivered. Not only was everything I ordered correct,after popping it in my air fryer for 2 mins to heat it up it was delicious!! I was also super impressed with how well it wasall packaged! Every time I go there it gets worse & worse. The staff also is getting to be just as bad & the manager is horrible. I recently... ordered a dunkachino thru the drive thru & when I got to pick it up they handed me a frozen drink & when I told them that's notwhat I ordered they said "we don't makes dem no mo" & then didn't even offer to make me anything else. Then the time before thatI went inside & got an ice coffee & waited in line a long time & the coffee was all ice & no coffee.
