Ordered a Lrg Carmel Iced Latté and a Maple Bacon/Egg/Cheese on an english muffin, but requested the muffin to be toasted... before making the sandwich. I come here a lot as it is very close to my job. This morning I Went inside to pick up a mobile order that my coworker had... ordered for us before I went to work and I went inside, told the woman at the counter the name and it wasn?t ready yet. That?sfine. Then a few minutes later she asked if it was drive thru and I said oh hold on let me see! It was drive thru I just hadn?trealized since I wasn?t the one who placed the mobile order. Every time I go there it gets worse & worse. The staff also is getting to be just as bad & the manager is horrible. I recently... ordered a dunkachino thru the drive thru & when I got to pick it up they handed me a frozen drink & when I told them that's notwhat I ordered they said "we don't makes dem no mo" & then didn't even offer to make me anything else. Then the time before thatI went inside & got an ice coffee & waited in line a long time & the coffee was all ice & no coffee.
