I had my daughter pick me up a bagel and cream cheese today. She told me her bagel was stale 2 days ago but I figured that was... just a one time mistake but nope mine was stale too! I mean so stale I could bite it and no more than a teaspoon of cream cheeseit was awful they should be ashamed of selling it ! Fortunately I live in florida where the Dunkin know how to serve bagels. Absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts around! Every time I order a large or a medium iced latte here I get a little over half of... the actual amount I'm supposed to get. Today I asked them to remake it and first all they did was add more whip cream to make itlook full! Seriously? Finally the manager agreed to completely remake it. I've stopped at this location several times in the past few months and I've not left reviews because the service is less than... expected but this last time after an imperfect experience, I must lay it out. This is for the most recent experience however,I've never had good product out of this store. This last visit, the jelly donut did not have jelly and the Boston creme didn'thave custard. In appearance they looked right but two bites in I realized the jelly was missing, tossed it, the second one hadno custard, tossed it. If you don't want to give great service, there are other donuts nearby. I don't see how these mistakeshappen time and again. I've given this location several chances and they have not delivered good product. I must have the wrongidea on how difficult it is to make donuts. Read more
