Updated: decent place. The girls that work up there get your coffee out quick. Food needs a warmer to keep warm before pickup,... but they have really improved in the past year. Read more
terrible experience, it took 30 minutes to get 2 drinks and a sandwich. They dropped our drink and were using very explicit... language throughout our waiting time. We saw the bagel on the cutting board for 20 minutes of our waiting time. They were alsoout of stock of most donuts except glazed, and other basic donuts. When we got our food, they slammed the bag on the counter anddidn?t even acknowledge us or apologize for the wait. avoid at all costs. Read more
Avoid this dunkin at all costs. Never in my life have I experienced such rude customer service. They got my order completely... wrong and got an attitude with me about? When I told them it was wrong, they tried to fight me on it. I showed them the receiptand there was no apology after being rude to me or even a sense of accountability for their mistake. They remade me order and itwas still wrong. At that point, I just accepted it and decided to never visit this location again. I?m honestly still in shockat how awful the customer service was. OK I wrote a review earlier but I couldn?t think of the Jeremy?s name in his name was James he?s a manager. basically I said I... didn?t want the butter Pecan iced tea real strong because it makes me shaking I was wondering how I can get it long story shorthe offered me a couple options and the one was we were going to go half-and-half with the decaf and sure enough it was great andhe even gave me it on the house that was so nice of him.. so again I want to correct because I was bad with names and I was justthere today his name is James and he?s on Hardin Valley he?s a very nice person in general if you ever have any problems talk toJames he?ll give you ideas and make your order the way you need it ???????? every time i go the workers are so rude and always rush me at the speaker saying comments like ?helloooo?? and interrupting me... when i?m trying to order. absolutely ridiculous. it?s honestly embarrassing. they also have never gotten my order correct andthen they blame me for it. every time we ask them for the essentials, we always get screamed at like it?s such an inconveniencefor them. we have been at this location at least 6 times and each time we cancel our order just because of how rude they are.coming from people working in food service and working at another dunkin this is beyond disrespectful and this behavior theyshow would never fly at another company so why haven?t they done anything about it? we?ve called multiple times to express ourterrible experience and nothing ever gets done. I am currently a regular and this is the hands-down best Dunkin? I have been to in all of Knoxville (and surrounding)! They... always make my order correctly and I don?t have to compensate with extra add-ins in case they don?t. The employees who greet meat the drive-thru window are always very nice. I?ve never had a bad coffee from here and it doesn?t look like that will change.It?s always so good! Kudos to Hardin Valley Dunkin employees! Read more
Ordered two bacon egg and cheese wraps and it was completely cold. I mean the eggs were still frozen. I had to reheat my food.
