We went through the drive-thru and ordered coffees with cream and sugar three of each and of course as we were pulling back out... onto the main road and were able to take a sip of the coffee there was no sugar in it at all. Didn?t tell us the ovens were down when we ordered hot food in the drive through. One item was lukewarm and the other was frozen... inside. Overall very slow and below standard service. Read more
This place is terrible. The donut selection is pathetic after the morning rush , and stays that way til closing. The staff is... rude and their dining area is never clean any time I walk in there. This place is clearly in need of new management . Read more
Worst service for DD ever. I've been in many states and gone to DD in several of them. The staff does what they want, they don't... fill orders in order. And the manager is unapologetic and makes excuses. I have gone in the store several times and my ordersays it's ready and it's not. I watch them fill orders after mine. Said something to manager and she made excuses. It'sunprofessional and she really should be retrained. Would recommend skipping this DD. Read more
I so badly want to like this Dunkin? because it is close to my house and convenient to stop by on the way to work. I have gone a... couple of times. Their coffee is good but the food and donuts are consistently TERRIBLE. Today I ordered the veggie egg bitesand when the employee handed them to me they smelled like burnt paper. I went in and ordered a coffee, munchkins, and a croissant. I never recieved my crossant, my munchkins were old and stale when i... bot into them and my coffee was incorrect. Im so disappointed.
