Online said it would be ready in 25 minutes..they called and said it would actually be an hour and a half. Canceled the order... and will be credited back in 3 to 5 business days..not cool. Read more
We love Dominos Pizza for their seasoned crust and very user friendly app. They also have great sauce, and their cheese is... perfect! This location is new and didn?t offer delivery from what I could tell. When I went to pick up, they promptly greetedme and allowed me to pay for my order. Since I was waiting in the lobby, they expedited my order and it was out within 10minutes, which I appreciated. Overall, they seemed a little swamped, which would be expected for 6:00 on a Saturday. Theirtechnology is really cool because you can see what place your order is in line and how long it has before it?s ready. Overall,I think this location has a few kinks to work out as it gets some experience. The outdoor premises need attention too, but thatis probably a matter the landlord needs to take up. For how much they are probably paying to rent there, you would expect thelandlord to make sure trash was picked up outside and that the building was routinely power washed. Pizzas were right on but Parmesan Bread Bites and Cinnamon Twists were not edible. Either yeast was not included in the dough... or proofing the dough mixture was not done properly. Calling this location to let them know. ***updated review with a few extrastars for outstanding customer service. We were the first order and dough was not proofed yet.
