Ordered at 8:00pm didn?t get ahold of anyone till 3 hrs later my husband was hung up on after being told we all quit we are... closed. 100.00 in pizza finally got through a gentleman answered and sincerely apologized for all this, told us the femalemanager had a huge melt down and quit and all the team followed her with quoting except for him and the driver. The man thatanswered the phone thank you for canceling and refunding one of our orders appreciate you. The driver Mr. Eddie thank you fornot giving up and delivering our food we appreciate you! This is not the first issue we had with the pink haired female managershe did nothing to help that our order of 75.00 before was delivered to the wrong house she said oh well not my problem lost75.00 of hard earned money more issues but I won?t bore you all bottom line is we lost so much money to this domino?s and nopizzas or items delivered very disappointing Read more

Terrible experience. Waited 3 hours for pizza. When I called the guy said we quit store is closed and hung up. Called again and... got the help. The delivery driver, Eddie, was awesome. Seems like he should be the manager at the store. Very polite andapologetic. He changed the night around for us. Read more

I want to give a shout out to the current crew from this store. I had to make a last minute pickup time change to my order and,... to my surprise, they offered to bake a complete new order for me since it'd be over 1 hour later. Not only that, when I went toget it, they also asked me to keep the two original pasta bowls which had been on the warm rack from an hour before, stillfresh. What a terrible location. We ordered two pizzas at around 9pm for our football draft get together. We called and asked where our... pizza was after about an hour and were told it was going to be another 15 mins. Then we called back an hour later after half ofour friends left and asked for at least a partial refund since it STILL hadn?t been delivered. The manager said ?you just toldme your pizza was delivered. Have a good night? and hung up on us. No one told her that our pizza was delivered. We paid for apizza that isn?t coming it seems and the manager is absolutely terrible at her job. I hope the owner loses their franchise ifthey continue to let their establishment to be managed and operated this way. Read more

Incredibly rude. I thought I ordered two bread bowls but instead ordered the regular ones. Which was fine my mistake. When I... walked in she said the normal and went to grab my order and I said ?two bread bowls? and she said firmly ?no two foils? fist ofall how am I supposed know what a foil is??? So I was like uhh I didn?t get two bread bowls? Again I got a firm ?No, twofoils?. I said oh okay I thought I got bread bowls. And then she immediately spewed my total at. When I got to the car andlooked at my food it was a thin layer of pasta and a few pieces of chicken. I will not be back to this location. Read more

I always order from this location. Most of the time it is for delivery sometimes I pick it up myself. The best pizza.... it's... always made the way I ask and the delivery drivers are always polite. I occasionally will ride my motorcycle to pick up my pizzaand they even put my pizza in several small boxes so it will fit in my tank bag on my bike. I've never experienced anyproblems.... My pizza and their service is always the best. Read more

The pizza Tracker terrible. I would call it a joke but no one is laughing. It said my pizza started being prepared at 6:49 and... would be ready for pick up between 7:38 and 7:49. We?ll, here I sit at the front door at 7:38 and the progress screen insidesays my pizza is being prepared and will be ready in 39 minutes. Who the hell designed this pizza tracker???? And why doesdominoes still use it?? It is wrong almost EVERY time. The whole place is a joke! The manager and owner should be forced to workbehind the counter the entire weekend with a big sign that says I am responsible for this store. Read more

Tonight I placed an order at 6:17pm. At 7:35 I called the store and was told they only had one employee making pizzas and it... would be another 30 minutes. At 8:40 I called yet again and was told it would be 20 more minutes. When I expressed my concerns,I was told there was nothing he could do about it as he was just a driver. I started to say something else and was interrupted.When I asked for the manager, I got hung up on. We got our pizza at 9:15... 3 hours later.. This is not the first time I hadthis issue. I have complained about a very similar situation before, and the store manager reached out and apologized and mailedme a coupon for a free pizza. The manager seemed sincere which is why we tried them again... but it has happened again, andworse this time. There is no excuse for a 3 hour wait time. There is no excuse for rude employees. I will not be returning tothis store and I will be telling others they shouldn't. I have reported them on Domino's website. Beyond frustrated. Read more
