Always had good experiences ordering here from employees until the manager messed up a well done pan order they previously had... no trouble with. Refused to give his name when calling to return the pizza to be remade, but corporate gave it as Ian andacknowledged an uptick in complaints against this location they're looking into. It'd be a significant improvement if Domino'sretrained/replaced Ian and let the brown-haired woman continue doing a great job running things. Read more
Pizza was in "prep" for an hour and fifteen minutes so I called to check and after waiting for ten minutes on hold I was told... that it would be another hour and a half... if I had known I would have done literally anything else. Nearly three hours for onepizza, and when it got here it was the wrong order. We got two meat pizzas as vegetarians. I waited for twenty minutes on holdagain before I drove to the store and was met with a rude and apathetic worker who refunded the wrong order before telling me Igot my refund and moved on to the next of 7 people in line with similar complaints. We ordered on game day, and we were aware it would take a while to get our order. We did not expect it to still be prepping... after a whole hour and a half. We called the store and the man on the phone was so rude that we asked him to cancel our order.If they know it is going to be busy on game day, they should be sure to have extra staff working. This is not new and they knowwhat to expect every away game on a college campus. We ordered Papa Johns immediately after and the manager reassured us ourorder would be delivered within 30-45 minutes depending on how far we were from the location and our order was delivered righton the 30 minute mark. Funny how they don't seem to have any issues on busy game days. I will be sure to always take my businessthere rather than Dominos in the future! Read more

Look y?all, this is a Dominos on a college campus employed by college kids just getting out of class. Don?t expect perfection.... Solid pizza, solid delivery times. Ordered extra steak on my philly and didn?t get it so they went above and beyond and offeredto send out a new sandwich right then and there and gave me a credit for the sandwich. Request your pizza extra cooked as theyalways undercook their pizza(oven must be old). Read more
I have ordered from this store multiple times and I don?t get my food until 2-3 hours later. There is not an option to cancel... your order and each time I have called the store, I waited 20 minutes and no one would answer. Read more

I have always had a good experience at this location. However, today, my order was very unsatisfactory. My pizza was not well... done and did not have the signature thick handmade pan crust. Last month, I ordered 6 handmade pans for a party, and they gotevery single one of them perfect. Despite my dissatisfaction with today?s order and the manager becoming argumentative with me,there was a different feeling in the store. When I walked in, no one greeted me, which is unusual. I said hello to theshort-haired woman who usually helps me and is usually chatty, and she just nodded and got out of my sight line. I spoke to themanager, Ian, about my order, and he reluctantly pushed the pizza back, a normal request. He had another employee hand it back.I spoke to this person and thanked them for putting the pizza back in the oven. This person did not speak to me, either, andjust nodded and quickly went to the back. This once very friendly store had an eerie feeling today, and I am worried about myDomino?s friends under this new, oppressive manager who seems to be cutting costs by using roughly half the dough in allproducts from pan pizzas to twists, fully understanding it prevents them from being properly cooked.
