For the love of God, quit putting onions on my pizza when I order it with NO ONIONS!! This happens 90% of the time at every... Dominos I order from. They are good about replacing my pizza on my next visit, but it?s a big inconvenience not getting my ordercorrect when I first come to pick it up. Today it was the same story, I called back immediately and was told it will be anadditional 30 minutes to fix their mistake. Don?t put me at the back of the line when you are the ones who messed up my order.Who has that kind of time to wait when you have a hungry kid?! Please read the order and get it right the 1st time. I?ve ordered from this Domino?s for several years and in the last two years they have been the most difficult to order from.... Staff is rude and not willing to split a pizza half and half. Jade, who I spoke with today, said they can?t do that, don?t havetime to do it because they are too busy. That they couldn?t do that on a weekend. I?ve always ordered on the weekend? It doesn?ttake any more time to spread regular sauce on one side and BBQ on the other half. Called another Domino?s, a little further downthe road and they are happy to accommodate my order and did so with kindness and were extremely friendly. I will never go to theMiddlebrook Domino?s again. Kingston pike will always get my business and tips from now on. Life is too short to deal with (andpay for) rude service! Read more
Update 7/9/22: Ordered online, email and store receipt both verify order placed at 7:05 pm. Arrived at store to pick up pizzas... at 7:25 pm and was told it would be an hour before they were ready because they were "slammed" with orders. Returned at 8:27 pmand was told it would be another 10 minutes. Finally received pizzas at 8:53 pm; an one hour and 48 minutes wait! Totallyunacceptable! I've changed my 5 star rating to 1 star. The pizzas remained excellent as in previous visits. Wait times in allprevious visits were always between 15 and 20 minutes. I interacted with 4 different staff members during this ordeal andreceived zero apologies for the long delay in my order. I wasn't the only one as every customer in front of me each time wasbeing told of the long wait time. I witnessed 2 different customers going into angry rampages arguing with the staff over thedelays. One was told that they had 30 orders to prepare before they could start hers and this was her 3rd trip back after beingtold 20 more minutes in her first two attempts at picking up her order. If this customer was armed I'm sure I would havewitnessed a mass shooting instead of the yelling. This store needs immediate attention from district/regional and/or nationalmanagement! Me and my boyfriend just moved close by about 6 months ago and we order from them a little more regularly than I think either of... us would care to admit lol. But they?ve always been super fast and their food tastes better than I think I?ve ever had at anyDominos before! We?ve only ever had one issue with our order and it was resolved immediately! Pizza was extremely greasy. You can see the grease through the box. Also paid extra for pineapples and they barely put anything... on it. Basically threw the pizza away Read more
I have been a loyal customer at this location for a 2+ years. Never had any issues. Recently, I had to cancel two orders in a... row due to a 2 hour+ waiting time. It used to be way under an hour. All of the personnel was always nice. Nothing against youguys! Therefore going from 5 stars to two instead of one. Going to give it one more try and if the same issue will appear, Iwill order from elsewhere. The quality of pizzas was always good. Read more
I came to pick up my pizza that I ordered over the phone. I get here pick up my pizza and it was totally wrong. They remade my... pizza and I had to wait 20 more mins while my wings sat there and got cold ONLY TO MAKE MY PIZZA WRONG THE SECOND TIME!!! I getit they might be busy but come on people get it together. Didn?t offer no discount or anything after this experience I will notbe back to dominos. Read more
