If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is terrible. They literally wait until you show up at the appointed time to... pick up your food to tell you, oh I just put it in the oven, they never answer their phone. The manager goes off on deliveriesand leaves one poor little young boy in the store by himself trying to cook take orders and run the pick up window all at once.They should shut this place down. So, I ordered one pizza from there and live less than 5 minutes away. Two hours later and the pizza still hadn't arrived yet. On... the tracker it said "Quality Check" and had been in that status for nearly an hour and a half. I called once and they said thedriver had just left the store with my order...an hour later and it still hadn't arrived. I called and finally canceled theorder and placed one through Papa John's. I will absolutely NEVER order through Domino's again! Read more
Five for pizza, five for the personnel that works there. 1 star for the organization of pizza pickup after 10pm. I was waiting... for my ready to pickup pizza while the other guy occupied the window and was waiting while his order is being prepared. So I?vewaited around 8min to pickup the pizza since the only one window was busy with some guy. In my opinion a pizza pickup should beprioritized or provided in a different way. Read more
I placed my order at 5:18 PM, and received an email stating my order would be ready in 90 to 105 minutes (!). At the end of 100... minutes, when my tracker showed that the order was still being prepared, I called the store, only to be informed that if I stillwanted delivery the order would be ready in 3 1/2 hours; if I picked it up it would be 2 1/2 hours? obviously I canceled theorder. This is not the first time I have had a problem with this particular store, but it IS going to be the last. I will notbe using the Sutherland site again. Read more
I have placed 3 orders in the past month with this location. Everytime I get a call back, the first time took over and hour to... get a call saying they couldn't get my order and have to cancel. The worst excuse for a "delivery" restaurant ever!!! Read more
I waited for my pizza for like 2 hours. I went to check the dominos tracker only to find that my order was cancelled. I try to... call the number it gave me but it was disconnected. I will order pizza from dominos. But not from this one. Read more
I ordered online while waiting at a shipper. My husband and I are OTR truck drivers. After ordering online I call the store... to ensure my chicken is cooked to my liking as I do with every Domino's. I spoke to a gentleman and he assured me it'd be done. I asked for the wings to be ran through 3 times and then sauced ready for delivery. I never have issues with this request butthis store didn't listen at all. My call was for nothing. The food is delivered and I hand the guy cash only to get back to mytruck and be disgusted with gooey chicken. I then cll in and speak to the same gentleman who I originally spoke too. Heapologized but bc they only have 1 delivery driver it was nothing he could do besides offer me free food. I didn't want freefood. I was hungry which is why I ordered something my hubby and I knew we'd enjoy. Well turns out that wasn't the case. Thenthe guy hung up on us on a drop of a dime when asking how do we ensure our food will be replaced next time we're in the area. I didn't bother calling back. Disgusted at my food and the service I was provided. $40 down the drain. Oh yeah did I mentionthe food was cold as ice. Read more
