I'm not sure if he was the manager or some kind of shift leader, but the old Grey dude in charge was AWFUL. We walked in at... about 8pm, immediately he said "no move all the way down " pointing towards the register, and let us stand there for about 7minutes until we just said okay let's try doing it online again.(online ordering would not work upon the 3 times we had triedprior) still didn't work, so we went back up to the counter to stand there for ten more minutes, with three people behind us.Then we explained what was going on and asked if he would honor the carry out deal , and he said "ITS NOT OUR WEBSITE" I waslike this is domino's, right? And he screamed "its not OUR website" and would not honor the carry out deal still. He just had aterrible attitude and I didn't like the way he was yelling at his employees, talking down to them like they were less than. Thisguy needs mental help. Read more
I should've known when I walked into a store with spiderwebs, half roaches & 3 employees with 5 teeth between them that I was in... for the run around. They didn't have my order... but they had a record of my order. & after 30 minutes... they still didn't havemy new order after promising it would take only 12 minutes. Thank God for credit cards & disbute charges. COVID took out manygood businesses-- I don't know how this one is still standing. Read more
Pizza was hot and great but It took 3 hours to get to my house. I did learn that they only had one driver so I understood, and... they gave me a 50% off coupon because it was so late. Great employees, super nice. But the owners should probably look intopaying their drivers more, so more people will want to be drivers there. Read more
This is the second time I've ordered delivery and it has taken close to 2 hours for delivery. It makes no sense. I understand... that a place can be busy - I even expect a slightly longer wait on a weekend. But 2 hours? I've ordered from locations inseveral states and this is the worst wait time I've ever had. Used their system to order over the phone, repeated 3 times wanted half of pizza without cheese. Got home with pizza, all pizza... had cheese. Called store and after 15 minute wait, was told by worker that wasn?t on order. Said it was a corporate problemnot his, if I had a problem , should take up with corporate. Said would not replace pizza for free. So if corporate problemthen franchisee should work on! Would not recommend this franchise to anyone. A 1 out of 10!! Read more
The main thing that compels me to give this review is that even with the staff being busy with several other orders, they still... took the time to go above and beyond and did a really nice design on the top of my pizza. I was very impressed. Normally that'dbe an upcharge. I showed all my coworkers. Thank you for taking the time to make my order unique and not just another pizza. Read more
Hour and a half and counting on a simple cheese pizza order and wings. If you can't fulfill orders in a timely manner, advise... customers on your website. Will not be ordering from this Dominos in the future. Order was received and it was WRONG. Triedcalling and they didn't answer, just hung up. Don't order from this organization. Read more
Ordered pizza and it took them an hour just to prep it. We ordered around 5 and got the pizza at 7, when it was dark out. What?s... worse is my family got food poisoning! Something on their pizza got them sick with diarrhea. I had my own pizza and did not, butsome topping must have been rotten. Won?t order from this location again! Farragut one is much better!!
