Took my order and my money from app and then canceled it 40 mins later? and now I won?t get my money back for 3-5 business days.... I also called and was on hold for 15 mins before I gave up. Is this location even open? The fact of the matter is that not allof us can afford to lose so much money on food that you weren?t going to actually get. If you can?t do online orders at thislocation then shut it off so situations like mine could never be an issue? Read more

Never use them due to issues. Thought I would try tonight. BIG mistake. 1.5hrs later and still "preparing" my order. Nobody... will answer the phone. Will never give them another chance. Read more

I placed an online order. After an hour and a half. It still says prepping. I called and it's just a continuous loop. I can't... cancel the order or my card . This should be considered fraud. This is the worse Domino's in the chain. I will never order hereagain online or pick up. Read more

For the second time in 2 weeks, my on-line order was accepted and being prepped. Then 20 minutes later the order was canceled.... So they take your order and money and then decide to cancel your order later. In 3-5 business days you'll get your money back.Also, no one will answer the phone. I ordered a large pizza last night. Instead of receiving a large pizza, I got a medium pizza in a large box. This is suppose to... be Dominos not Alice in wonderland. The female cashier was pretty hot thou (the one with the glasses), she was the best part ofthis experience. Read more

I made 2 different orders yesterday picked both of them up. My pep pizza only had 20 on it when it was to be extra pee and... cheese I know it wasn't. We also got the cheese dip which was very lacking in half way full and garlic twist they were hardflat not fluffy and soft. Also forgot my ranch I paid extra for it. I called twice today was on hold both times over 20 minutesnever got anyone on the phone to speak about this so how are you to fix problems when we can't get a hold of you? Read more

An hour after ordering the tracker still said they were prepping the order. Now we've been waiting on the "immediate/perpetual... hold line" for an hour, the store closed 30 minutes ago, and I doubt we'll ever get our order. I'm just hopeful you'll refundmy money at this point. We used to order pizza from Domino's on a monthly basis and never had an issue. But, after tonight,we'll likely find a new business and never look back. And, please ... I've seen your replies of "we missed the mark", "wedropped the ball", or whatever, enough to find them hollow and meaningless. Good prices, options for larger pizza company. Generally fast if order online, but I go in cause the places get mixed up where... your gonna actually get it. So I did this and had to reorder cause my order was at another location. So the pizza is good. Read more
