Worst experience with any eating establishment. Ever! Ordered pizza for a late evening snack before my guests left. Ordered... from app. Worked as usual "employee x" putting oven, out of oven, boxed and waiting for driver. After a half hour of "waitingfor driver" I called. No answer. They had my money...including delivery fee and a very generous tip for the driver! After 45minutes, still no answer, I dressed (guests were long gone, headed to the airport hungry) and drove to the store. Two guysworking hard. Phone ringing. Ovens beeping. One came to the counter and then retrieved my two boxes from the ***bottom*** of ateetering pile of boxed-to-go orders. Both pizzas were cold, congealing and had been overcooked to begin with. I asked formoney back. Including tips etc. Was told he didn't have the "power to do that." Said he could only refund to the card used.Which was now on a plane headed north. No other option. Staff is always friendly & always has my carryout ready on time. I've never had an incorrect order from them before. I would... definitely suggest using this particular location. Read more

Most of the times the experience is good and the food is fresh and correct. There's a lady that makes the pizzas real good and... then theres a guy who gets the toppings wrong sometimes. Ordered a special pizza a while back and asked for extra pineapple butno onions. Instead I got extra onions and no pineapple. I've also tried the Gluten free pizza to see how it was and it was overbaked like a hard cracker. Wish the mushrooms were thicker in texture and I am not a big fan of the pepperoni or sausage but theham and bacon are good. Read more

I'm not a fan of Domino's but it does the job when I need something quick and easy. 5 stars for Roy our delivery driver. I think... this is the first time I actually received my pizza hot ( not barely warm or even cold) but that's the risk you take when youorder for delivery. The store is out of all soda but that doesn't stop this guy! He stopped on the way and picked us up a 2liter! You rock, Roy! Domino's, promote this guy already ! Seriously ! Read more

Super poor customer service. We are a business that has tried to order 5-7 pizzas on multiple different occasions and every... single time the order has been cancelled last minute when we?ve put the order in with plenty notice. It?s a bit ridiculousconsidering every time we order is a good bit of $$$ the business is making plus the generous tip we offer the driver only forit to be cancelled. Might be an okay place to order one pizza or two, but no more than that. Read more

We order delivery from here all the time and they are generally pretty good. Today we did pick up and I gained a new... appreciation for the staff. When I walked in they were being berated by a highly agitated customer that was clearly filmingtheir efforts in an attempt to gain internet glory. The staff did a great job of maintaining their composure and treatingeveryone with respect. I forgot what a hostile work environment the service industry often is, but especially when confrontedwith entitled half-wits. Read more

Awful experience. I've always ordered from this store, but my last order never got delivered. My husband watched the delivery... guy sit outside in the parking lot, but never got out to attempt delivery, and my card was charged $40 for food we never got.After calling the store 4 times and getting hung up on, I finally gave up until the next day after work, my husband triedcalling and was put on hold several times as well. I never received my refund for the undelivered food!! Worst service we'veever gotten! Do not order from here. Waste of time and money! Read more

Ordered 1 pizza and cinnamon knots 2 hours before the store closes. First i was told it would take 61-85 minutes, but 30 minutes... later as i was checking the status of my order it said canceled. I called the store 3 times and sat on the phone at least 10-15minutes each, and no answer and no explanation. Bad business. Read more
