Ordered pizza at 6:00 was told it would be done at 6:35, arrived at the store and was told they were 52 pizzas behind. They... advised I should be done in about 20 mins. I returned to my car and after 20 mins went back in and one of the employees behindthe counter was eating pizza while walking an order to the shelf. I then observed another putting cheese on a pizza withoutgloves, she then grabbed the container and removed it for replacement. After putting the second container in she continued toput cheese on the pizza.. no gloves, no washed hands. I understand it is hard to find workers but it is the responsibility ofthe operators and management to train staff properly and set clear expectations with the customer. I ordered 2 sandwiches and 4 sodas. I did not receive the sodas. The driver said to call for a credit or he could bring them in... 45 minutes. We opted for him to get them as we are renovating and did not have drinks with us. I called the store #5461. 1stcall I was hung up on/disconnected while on hold and had been for several minutes. 2nd time a person answered but hung up whenI began speaking. 3rd time, same person answered (a female) I began explaining that I had been hung up on twice and triedexplaining the situation about the drinks. She cut me off arguing that she only hung up on me once. I never got to say that 1stwas while on hold. She told me she was busy while speaking rudely and continuing to argue. I asked her name. Her exact responsewas "My name is have a good day." She then hung up on me . I do not have drinks. I do not have my money. Her rudeness wasunacceptable. Update Driver did bring the drinks that were left out of the order. We had eaten our sandwiches without drinks sothey would not get cold. I do appreciate he brought them but her lack of professionalism, rudeness and horrible customer servicewill prevent me from ever ordering from them again. Horrible experience. Ordered a cheese pizza, a 2 liter and two sauce cups. Not a complicated order at all. Order was put in... before 5. It?s now 7 and my order is still being ?prepped? according to the tracker. When I ordered estimated delivery time was30-45 minutes. Now it says it?ll be 45-60 minutes from NOW. Which means 3+ hours of waiting for a pizza IF it even gets here.I?ve called the store multiple times, been on hold for over an hour, and no one will answer. I ordered when I did so that thepizza would be here in time for my son to eat and get to bed on time. My kid?s screaming and crying because he?s hungry anddoesn?t understand why pizza didn?t show up. Now he?s in bed and I?m left unable to do anything about it because I can?t driveout there with a sleeping kid and no one will answer the phones. Every time I load up the tracker the wait time just gets longerand longer. Judging by the other reviews here, this is a regular thing for this store. If I ever get in contact with anybodyI?ll be requesting a refund and never ordering from this store again. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more

Friday night, ordered online at 545p. Gave up waiting at 815p. Spent 30 minutes on hold trying to call the store to cancel and... never got a live person. Finally drive to the store (on the way to pickup something else) at 915p. Walked in, saw dozens ofpizzas in boxes dying waiting on delivery. Staff apologized due to only having three workers. Refund should be issued in twodays ???????? At what point should the store stop taking orders? If they had said at 545p they were carryout only we would havegladly ordered and picked up, but when there's no contact after three hours all bets are off. Do better. Read more

This place is terrible. I placed an order around 7pm. Waited, called literally 7 times. It took me driving down there at 11pm.... Banging on the door and calling back to back after they hung up on me multiple times for the man to say ? we are refunding theorder? DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. It?s constant issues with them. The night staff are terrible, rude, and unprofessional. Pulled upand they are all sitting down and NOT making the orders on the screen yet letting the tracker go off as if they are.. legit theyall need to be fired. Read more

This pizza was suppose to be $9 with the half off promo, after placing my order thru the app, they called & said it was too late... & had to be canceled. Now per my knowledge through the years if the app excepts the order its nit too late & should be honored.Bur it wasn't so I reordered at another location was told the only option was delivery, waited an hr, and was charged $27.09!!!!Now this is seriously unexcrptable!!! Ordered pizza at 5:15 pm. Delivered at 6:58 pm. Called manager 2 times to see where pizza was . On the app it had the pizza out... of the oven for 40 minutes already. Said it?s leaving in a few minutes. Finally got the pizza and breadsticks. COLD. Calledgirl answers. Told her our pizza was cold. The driver told us they were short drivers. We suggested to her that maybe put thepizza in later that way we get it hot. She hung the phone on us. Called manager he said he wasn?t going to allow us to be meanto the girl. ( we were not mean at all) He then tells us we need to drive the pizza back to the store so he can re make thefood. He said he?s not giving us free food. Don?t want free food . Just wanted hot food. So I ordered delivery and now I have todrive to get hot food. I own 2 businesses and definitely don?t expect free food. I can pay for it. Do yourself a favor orderfrom another chain. This store and STAFF are horrible. Instead of discounting, just give good service, I would have waited 2hours for dinner if you just would have been honest about the time. You have lost lost a long time guest! When you call all youhear is we are hiring. Maybe change the environment in your store from rude to nice . You might keep staffing . I usually order from domino?s maybe once a month. Overall it?s been a good experience until this past Friday night. My order was... very over cooked and late. I figure it must have been kept in the warmer too long. On Friday and Saturday I tried calling to letthem know but after waiting on hold 20-30 minutes I gave up. I even put a message to them on Facebook messenger and the dominosapp as well. On Sunday I finally reached them. After voicing my concerns. I was not given an apology but rather I was treatedlike a criminal. The ? manager? who refused to even give me her first name said it wasn?t her store. She further informed methat people lie all the time. When I tried explaining that I was not trying to scam Domino?s she continuously interrupted me andhung up in my face. As a person who?s been in Managment for decades I?m terribly disappointed. In most cases if I have a concernit is not to gain anything but to offer feedback so the company improves their goods and services. This young lady has nobusiness dealing with the public and I do not appreciate being treated with such disrespect. I?m quite sure they deal with somewho are but they should never just assume that people are lying. I?ve dedicated my life to caring for others. As a nurse and aminister it was especially upsetting to be mistreated over something as simple as a pizza. Read more
