HORRIBLE!! Order for delivery and my order sat in the "Quality Check" mode for 50 minutes. This location is USELESS!! I... was on hold for Manager for over 12 minutes. My experience has been generally positive with one significant exception--there is no indication of how long the order may take... until after the order is placed. I'd like to know if my order will take 2+ hours before going into the oven before I commit tospending money here. This has been the case on multiple occasions, given they were busy nights. I'd appreciate the courtesy ofletting me know of a 2-3 hour wait time. Read more

Inefficient customer service. I had to call to get an update after waiting over a hour after ordering. This was to be delivered... at my place of business. When I called I was told they were short staffed and only had one driver. I understand staffing issues,but lack of commication to customers was a consious decision. As a manager I would have found a way to update my clients. I hadto cancel my order because after talking to a staff memeber at the store I was told it would be at least 45 minutes before myorder would arrive. I work at a hotel and am the only one staffed during my time so I did have the ability to pick up my order.This order would have been delivered right about the time I would be getting off work. Luckily for me I was going to pay cash soI had them cancel my order. In the future contact customers if you can't deliver during the promised time. They did end updelivering the pizza. The driver hadn't been told I had cancelled the order. It ended up coming cold. Luckily came before I leftmy workplace. Read more

When employees at the local store answered the phone rather than a bot or foreign language speaking person, it was so easy to... order. But With this impersonal, robotic horrible system, it takes way too much time and effort. The Bot or Spanish speakingperson gets errors constantly and makes you repeat over and over matters already broached. it is just too much trouble to orderfrom Domino?s fake people (Bots) then to someone in Honduras who can barely speak English. this is not about the store in RockyHill. Domino?s new robot order policies are a disturbing and frustrating experience and will substantially decrease any ordersI will ever place to Domino?s. I will place orders only with real people at the store who I can talk with like dominoes used tohave. Read more

I order from the South Northshore location a couple times a week. I LOVE the 5 cheese dip with garlic breadsticks. My daughter... loves the stuffed cheesy bread! Its always our go to. I never had a problem and the delivery drivers are always very pleasant.Our food is ALWAYS HOT & FRESH! Thank you so much!! Friday 5/13/22. My delivery got here LITERALLY 6 minutes shy of 2 HOURS!!!7:22pm Placed order. 9:16pm order finally arrived!!! Read more

I called to get a pizza delivered. I got a guy who definitely from a non-English speaking country. I tried for over 7 minutes... that I wanted a large pizza with everything except Italian sausage. I finally just hung up and called Papa John's . This is notthe first time I've dealt with this from Domino's. Once even twice could be a fluke but this often says to me that they don'tknow how to interview. Read more
