Incorrect order, missing items, 10 minutes on the phone with no answer, called again sent to a call center that couldn't do... anything if I wasn't placing a new order. The"report an issue" option in the app offered a 20% discount for completly missing,not delivered, food items...because they make it right.... what a joke. Staff might be fine, don't know, don't care, they cankeep their 20% not ordering again based solely on their corporate B.S. Read more
Placed an order for pizza and chicken bites for delivery but the chicken bites didn't show up. I tried to call to talk to... someone in the store but waited on the phone 20 minutes with no answer. I called again through the "place an order" automatedcalling and was able to talk to person. She said she was going to transfer me to the store I made the order to but sheimmediately hung up. I then tried to go through the website to place a complaint about the order but they will only offer a 20%couponer or points through your account. No option to get a refund or get the order delivered. This is very poor customerservice and won't be ordering from dominos again. Read more
Pizza Hut is receiving our business since dominos only answers with an automated voice and then overcharges by doubling the... price once you place an order. This is the second time this has happened in the past couple of months. Read more
We have called 3 times in the last 5 weeks to get food delivered and the first 2 times after placing our order they called and... cancelled our order saying they did not have a delivery driver. This 3rd time they just canceled our order and a hour later whenwe called the guy said we remember you from last time and we just canceled your order. They were not even going to call and tellus they canceled the order. Worst customer service EVER!!! Read more
