Decided to give this location another try after having a few bad experiences. Regret doing that. Placed my order at 5:53, the... app stayed on the prep function for over an hour. The delivery time stated to me was 35-50 minutes. Over an hour later still noupdate on the app and no one answers the phone. One time I was actually answered and hung up on immediately. Thanks forreminding me Dominos to keep ordering from Papa Johns. This location needs new management in a bad way. Read more
Ordered over the phone and what a mistake. Could not add to the order by automated service so i opted to talk to an employee. I... was on hold for 20 minutes while i drove to the location. The phone was ringing when i walked in and noone cared to answer it. Ihad to wait another 20 min because they did not answer the phone. I will not ever order from here again. We are not happycustomers. The only reason im giving two stars is because of the driver that actually helped me. They also have about 4 homelessvagrants hanging outside. Terrible terrible terrible!! Edit: The General Manager reached out to me and made things better than before as she genuinely cared about keeping me as a... customer. I set an order 30 mins in advance then I drive all the way here off on interstate exit all the way down to another andthen get here and they tell me they have 4 other orders ahead of me in advance. I didn't yet pay but wasted all of my gas andtime and they didn't even offer me a future discount for anything. They should be compensating me with my order free next timeand pay for my gas. Submitted my order for delivery at 5:16 and it said it was being prepped. Currently 7:49 and no pizza. Have tried to call the... store 4 times and no one picks up. Called Dominoes Customer Service and the message said there was no one to help at this time.Had to tell three very excited kiddos that we weren't having a pizza party tonight after all. We have tried for two days to place an online order at this location with zero success. First day the app was offline and today... it said the location was unable to process online orders and to call the store directly. I tried to call the store and got anautomated recording which ask me for my address, I told it my address and it said that we were outside of the service area. Wehave ordered from this location many times with no issues. You can not get the 20% off or the rewards for using the online orthe app if you call the store directly to order. We called Papa John's, basically across the street and ordered with no issues.Probably won't play this game again. Read more
I placed a big order (5 pizza) online) at Asheville Hwy Knoxville TN at 11am for the Drs office that I work for. I chose a 12:15... pick up time. When I got there at 12:10, the young man told me that the pick up time actually meant the time that he startedmaking the pizza????? This made no sense!!!! Then he said that it would take an additional 30 minutes to make my order and 2minutes per pizza just to prepare the dough. He was polite but pick up time means pick up time. I gave him 1 hour and 15 minutesadvanced time. He said he would refund my $50 plus dollars but the best I can tell, I was refunded less than $20. I left with nofood and the Doctors office that I work for didn't get lunch that day. 1 hour and 15 minutes was plenty of time to make ourfood. Now I'm afraid to even place an order there again. Last night I went to Domino?s on Asheville Highway to pick up my pizza. While waiting on my order the man who later claimed to... be the owner seemed very agitated. He was shouting in a loud voice, Slamming things around, and then began using foul language.I had my nine-year-old granddaughter with me so I asked him if he could watch his language. He then proceeded to tell me that hewas sure that she had heard worse than that and that it was his store he was the owner and he would say or do anything hepleased. He said he was going to cancel my order and throw me out of the store. By this time my granddaughter was so upset shewas crying. I told him he was scaring her. He replied that he had seen scared kids before and she didn?t look like one. He thensaid I had 3 seconds to leave the store or he was calling the police. After 3 seconds he grabbed his phone and started dialing.By then my granddaughter was asking to go to the car so I asked the other employee to please bring my order to the car and wewent outside. He brought my pizza out and said the owner was calling the police. Because of my granddaughter I had to leave. Iwon?t go there again. Read more
I moved recently and this was my first time ordering from this location. The hand tossed pizza was good, but the pan pizza was... really undercooked. The cheese in the middle was barely starting to melt, and the dough was partially raw. This is my go toorder. I've gotten it many times from many locations, and this is the first time I've gotten my pizza undercooked from aDomino's location. Read more
