Terrance is an amazing Manager! He caught an overcharge on my receipt, and before I walked out the door, stopped me, and asked... if he could fix it for me. I have had great experiences here and Terrance has my order memorized, even though I don't come in asoften. He really cares about his customers and it fills me with pride, as a Native Texan, to see his excellence in servingawesome Texas BBQ to great Tennesseans! Thanks for being awesome!!! Read more

Upon entering: there was no hello how are you, welcome in or anything. The (what seems to be by type of shirt) manager was... standing in the corner closest to the door, said absolutely nothing to us. The Asian (don?t know her name) lady was veryirritated to be working today. No enthusiasm with us, just bland service. The guy at the register was friendly though, I feelbad he has to work with the Debby downers though. The dining room tables were all dirty, the sweet tea was old. When our foodcame out, our child?s food did not come with. We were not communicated to about when her food was coming out until they broughther sides and told us 2 more minutes on the chicken nuggets. I work in food, I get it, but they should have communicated with usinstead of leaving us to think they forgot about it (first thought due to their lack of talking while ordering). Food qualitywas good, better than the last time we came, it was hot as well. The sauces are subpar for a bbq place but at least the foodtasted good. The Asian lady when coming to check the dining room, stood on her phone for the better part of her time out here, proceeded to wipe a part of the soda counter, check the tea level (didn?t check the time date obviously), and did not bother towipe any of the disgusting tables or check with the guests on how their food was. Overall not the best experience, which isunfortunate for spending $30 on two meals (kids eat free on Sundays, so it would have been more expensive if not for that). I?drecommend retraining customer service, attentiveness of the dining area, & revising/retraining a cell phone policy as that wasthe employees main focus. But hey, what do I know, I?m just an operations manager for a different restaurant ???????????. Read more

Loaded baked potato wasn't baked, it was placed under a heat lamp...very poor quality for the price. Meats were not fresh and... quickly dried out after a couple minutes sitting at the table. Best thing was the fried okra Read more

Went for lunch, friend from work recommended the Tuesday Daily Deal, ribs, 2 sides (Mac n cheese, jalapeño beans)and a drink,... fiance ate that, I did try the ribs, very juicy and tender. I had the Brisket Mac Stack with Onion Tanglers. Thought it wasdelicious and suitable for a lunch meal! Buddy that went with us had the Brisket burnt ends plate and that looked amazing! Quickfood! Southern BBQ atmosphere even has an Ice Cream Station! Which was vanilla and very tasty! Would definitely go again and tryother food! Read more

Awesome F L A V O R ! First impression walking in- no one yells loud, fake welcomes when entering. It?s quiet with light... background music and you can relax when here and have normal conversations. No rush or pressure when you?re ordering (a big dealfor me). More so than other restaurants, they rely on food quality, not gimmicks, as the draw. The staff is subtle, absolutelyhelpful and friendly and they keep the dining area stocked and clean. The food is phenomenal! With my first bite the explosionof flavor was incredible. As I made my way around the plate I completely enjoyed the experience. The pulled pork is (just-right)soft, melts in your mouth and only makes you sad when you realize you?re nearly finished. Topped it off with a slice of homemadepecan pie. If you like BBQ and haven?t yet tried Dickey?s, give it a go. I left completely satisfied and think you will too. Read more
