Oh Culver's you definitely have it all figured out. For starters, I despise fast food. But this, THIS is quality burgers served... quickly as opposed to "fast food". What pushes Culver's to the top for me is creamy Wisconsin made frozen custard, my goodness! The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building and no parking spots available in a more than adequate sized parking lot.The place was packed! This Culver's was the only one on our route from New England to Mississippi, so we were in for the longhaul. This New Englander is beyond impressed at the orchestra of employees all doing different jobs quickly with smilesplastered on their faces. This is the worst experience we've ever had at Culver's. They never got my order right in 2 tries! I just took the 2nd burger... because I was hungry and my husband was about done with his meal. I ordered with no cheese the 1st time but there was cheese.The second time, the condiments were wrong and they even read back the order? I wanted mystard, ketchup, no mayo! Though it was busy, we didn't have any issues. Staff were friendly and food was hot. Our orders were correct and the value is... terrific. Love that custard for dessert!! So I was super excited to try Culver?s today, they were so busy, I knew it was going to be great but that was not the case. My... burger was raw inside, have you ever tried to peel apart a mushroom Swiss burger to refry it, not so easy. Was trying to savebut but ended up having to cook anyway!
