Service was really great. They were attentive and helpful. The food was good. I have to say the waitress and bartender were... kinda young and new. Didn't know what a porter or a stout was. But they did go ask the manager. ;) Had an order of the friedpickles, chips not spears as they should be. Delivered quickly. Hot and delicious. Got the medium hot all flats. They weredelicious. It was enough heat to know you're eating a hot wing. Also got an order of the bone in with the Grimm reaper. Theyhad good flavor, not overly hot. Spiral fries were good. Disappointed in the sweet potato fries. Greasy, kinda under done witha ton of sugar and cinnamon dumped on them. They would have been better without the cinnamon and sugar. I believe they deserveanother chance, so I will come back and I recommend you check them out at least once. ask questions if you are not sure. Read more
The waitress we had was very personable and checked on us frequently. The onion rings were crispy with very good flavor just... like I like and the buffalo wings were also good but had a little bit of a buttery flavor that I wasn?t crazy about but theywere still good. I can?t wait to try some of the other wings they have because they have a nice selection to choose from. Thesalad was nice and fresh, too, so overall we were pleased with everything and we will definitely be going back. Plus we onlylive 5 min away, so it?s very convenient for us. Read more
Hey Justin, I sent an email and replied to your message below. Just letting you know since I have not heard anything back from... you. First time going here, I let the waiter know, he never came back a to offer to help or answer questions. My son wantedboneless wings on the kids menu boneless is in parentheses. When the waiter brought out the food I told him he never offered toexchange them. I ordered no onion or tomato on my burger it came out with onions on it. When I told the waiter he just took itin the back, removed the onion, and brought it back out, onion indention still in the bun. I have a picture. I asked to try twosauces out they charged .75 cents each just to try. The only reason I didn?t give it one star is the boneless wings were verygood but with service like that I doubt I will return. Craven Wings is the most exciting find my husband & I have come across since moving to Knoxville. We have been here three times... so far & each time we have had EXCELLENT service & the food is amazing. Today, we came in for their awesome sweet potato fries(NEVER had any as good as these ANYWHERE). We had drinks & the bartender was THE GREATEST! Our server was so nice, attentive &everything was perfect! We will definitely be back?..love the manager too!! Read more
Honestly, the wings were pretty good(when we got them). I have no issue with the food. My review is based on how little the... manager cared. I don't know if it is because he is new, but we waited well over 30 minutes for our food and he didn't seem tocare about that at all. Instead, we watched him sit at the bar and talk down to other employees and go outside to smokemultiple times. If I was the owner I would be livid at how unaware my manager was of his restaurant. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we had a great time. It?s fair to say the environment here is contagious! The... food was incredible, our server Cynthia was lovely. They just opened this week and are already super busy. Since they cook the food fresh, be prepared for a wait. There's only... one phone line and they encourage callers to order online. I tried, but it kept crashing. I went to the restaurant to orderthere and it took approximately 35 minutes and they were maybe half-full. They do have kinks to work out but it's worth thewait. I ordered the boneless wings and got regular wings instead. Not a big deal, just a preference, and again it's a brandnew place with kinks to work out. The staff was friendly and helpful. I tried the sweet chili and spicy BBQ sauces and theywere both excellent. The fries are good too. My wife liked the fried pickles and my kids liked the chicken tenders. Theydidn't eat the last one, so I ate it and can attest that their chicken tenders are excellent. Especially using the spicy BBQ asa dipping sauce. Their takeout box was well-divided so that the sauces didn't mingle and the fries are separate as well. I'ddefinitely recommend eating here (or getting takeout), but be prepared for a wait and bring your patience. Read more
Spent 65 dollars for 20 wings and a veggie burger/fries. No sauce on wings. Fries were in a brown paper bag full of dripping... grease. Wings were tiny. Have to cook some food because we are still hungry. Been good to us in the past but probably done now.Manager said sorry things changed as of today. Thanks Craven Read more
