This isn?t our first horrible experience here, however, we try to give places the benefit of the doubt. We placed an... online/curbside order at 8:45am, says 15-20 minutes and pickup time is 9:07am. We check in at 9:10am via the text received aswell as through the email confirmation as prompted. Employees made multiple curbside deliveries and continued to bypass ourvehicle. 30 MINUTES go by and no one has yet to ask any questions. I try to call the store but no one will answer the phone tosimply tell them I want to cancel my order because now I know the food is cold. Finally my husband who was picking up the orderhas to go inside where they tell him ?Oh I have that order right here?. They hand my husband THE WRONG ORDER and he has to saysomething to get the correct one. The containers of all of our items were cold, and we?ve wasted nearly an hour of our timewaiting for cold breakfast. Absolutely ridiculous organization and lack of care at this location. I would NOT recommend cominghere and we will not be returning customers unfortunately. Direct communication with any employees at the restaurant would havebeen helpful but seemed unavailable. Was disappointed in the roast. Very tough and small portion for the price. Now being charged for the amount of vegetables.... Before 3 came with it. Our first waitress was not friendly and seemed upset when we told her that we were going to order dessertafter she had placed the ticket on the table. She hadn't ask us if we wanted dessert. Then she left. The 2nd waitress was veryfriendly and efficient. Was really surprised by all of this as we have visited there often. Read more

Quick service with only 10 minute wait to be seated at lunch rush. Store was immaculate. Server was friendly and attentive.... Wanted to buy everything in the store of course. Read more

Service was great, food was hot and fresh. The only reason I didn?t give a five star rating is that they didn?t have thick cut... bacon, it was very thin and they didn?t have any strawberry jelly. I realize this is probably a supply chain issue and notCracker Barrel?s fault. I will return to this restaurant. Read more

Order # 11664250416955394 Order should have been ready for curbside pickup at 645. Checked in online just before then. At... almost 7pm, call to check on order and girl says "oh I didn't see it" (the check in). Food comes out soon after. I didn't get areceipt which is why I'm doing a review rather than survey. Food was COLD. Chicken was dry, as well as potatoes. Ask for bothbiscuits and corn bread with both meals. Got 3 biscuits and 1 cornbread. But ultimately the final straw, the reason I'mcomplaining after all of that, is actually quite comical. After the reheated microwaved dinner, I put my baby to bed, and comedownstairs in hopes that the beignets we ordered reheat okay.. to which we discovered instead of pecan sauce, we were given alovely pack of ketchup. What a nice place... This location was very busy on a Thursday mid-morning for our late breakfast. I liked the grits, the bacon... was slightly overcooked, eggs were not perfect over-medium, but the service was excellent.
