Went here this morning after a long 2 hour doctor's appointment for my daughter, they served us early and made some amazing... milkshakes for us. This is by far the best cook out location around. Quality food every time and I'm never afraid I'm going toget a bad meal or shake here. So much love for this location. Read more
This place is absolute trash the employees didn't care. The order took forever when we were the only ones getting food. The food... was terrible threw most of it away! Spent well over 20 for a garbage meal. Count your pennies and your dollars will take care ofthemselves. You want a real meal. Go to the sun spot caddy corner to this place. Read more
We were properly greeted but met with passive aggressiveness over how long we were taking our order. I ordered a southwest... chicken sandwich, it ended up being very soggy on the bottom bun and they served me a stale bun. Their bread is not being storedproperly. We also ordered two orders of nuggets and one of them had a lower number in it than was supposed to be. The girl atthe window was nice the first time, and since I wanted my sandwich remade I went back through to the window I was met with agirl who had a very disrespectful attitude and was very personal over a sandwich? Yeah this place sucks. We ordered a Kasian chicken sandwich, the bun was stay also me and my girlfriend took it back. The lady... on the microphone was very polite. When we got to the window a second lady handed a new sandwich, She rolled her eyes at us andthe sandwich was still stale. Won?t be coming back to this poor excuse for a business. Wasn't impressed with Cook Out from all the stuff we have heard. Maybe its just this location but the but prices for the portion... sizes is not worth it. The location had the lobby closed and had a window with some outside seating. Staff was not thefriendliest or helpful either. Food taste good but nothing that would make us really want to go back. After a long exhausting day I did not want to go home and cook dinner, instead I decided to buy take out to feed my 7 year old... son. I don?t know in what state of mind you have to be in to consider these two charred (down to the hotdog itself) corn dogsto be acceptable, but this is inexcusable!
