The food has gone downhill. The selection of choices is smaller than what it was a couple years ago. Somehow it's not hot unless... they Just pulled/cut it. The couple employees I did interact with one seemed kind of like they wanted to help but they were busyrunning the front register. The other employee I directly interacted with seemed very impatient like they didn't want to bethere they cut me short when I was talking did not let me finish talking to them and walked off. Everytime we come it is always a little busy and my husband and I try to find a spot by ourselves. Each time we have visited... they always have half of the dining room closed. They try to block off the entrances. Even when the other half of the diningroom is completely full they block it off. We sat in the section anyways because we didn't have any other option and a workerspoke to us in a rude manner and told us it was reserved for a bus that was coming. We stayed for over an hour and never saw abus. Upset we can't even sit where we want in the entire dining room all because the workers don't want to clean and take careof what they are supposed too. Been going here for quite awhile since it is close to my son's therapy. I'll start off by saying the people that work here are... quite friendly and when the food is fresh, it is good. The biggest problems are that 90% of the time half of the restaurant isblocked off as "closed for cleaning" (they say the cleaner needs to sit for 24 hours but it's always closed and surely they canbe cleaned during off hours), the food usually has been sitting awhile and super dried out from the heat lamps, the fun andgames room has a few machines (most of which don't work properly or will just eat your money), the tables are usually dirty, andthere are specks of mold in their ice. Recently the owner was there running the show and he was wonderful, the food was fresh,the whole restaurant was open for seating, and the tables were being cleaned constantly, but that was a very short period. Theoutside of the building is quite run down and there is broken glass and trash in their parking lot regularly. I do hope theowner sees this and gives the place more attention. I've decider I'm tired of giving the place "one more chance because my sonwants something to eat nearby". Went here with my daughter and grandkids. It's true, you get what you pay for. Haven't eaten here in years and not impressed. ... Kids liked it but the quality was poor and staff didn't seem pleased when we asked to put a pepperoni pizza on the buffet. Itis what it is, the bare minimum. Read more
Not that CiCi?s was never known for great pizza, the quality of the food continues to go down and the prices continue to rise.... This was probably my last visit. Not to mention that two hours prior to closing, they had 75% of the seating closed off so theydidn?t have much to clean when they closed. They also closed the restrooms an hour before closing. Food was old and dry, this place has went down dramatically. Seemed the only way to get a fresh pizza was to order a special... one. The cinnamon pizza was the best part of the meal. It was fresh. I got a salad and the Italian dressing was empty so I laidit on the top of the counter and an employee walked right by and stood where I laid it and didn't even notice it. This restaurant was such a disappointment it hurts. The floors was sticky, there was flies buzzing around my table, and the... whole restaurant felt gross. I wouldn't even call the cheap greasy-filled pizza edible. The mac and cheese pizza hurt to look atand hurt even more to eat. The pasta on the pizza was hard and stale. Even the photo of pizza used on the advertising looks sad.I hate to say this, because I remember this place from when I was young and optimistic but this place sucks. I have no clue howthis place can remain dirty while two employees clean the floors, but it can. I can't even complement the pizzerias arcadebecause it is the size of a broom closet and lacks the arcade part.
