Really good and fast service and the food was fine. If you are Ina hurry it?s a good spot.
My name is Jacob (I know y?all remember me Chipotle) and I ordered food through the Chipotle app (which uses doordash to deliver... the food), and my driver stole my food. There were two more drivers who went there and didn?t see my food so they cancelled myorder. I had to go to Chipotle myself after that. I thought it wouldn?t be a problem them making another bowl for me sincesomeone stole my food. The girl working the cash register said that she could remake it. Then the manager comes up to me andbasically tells me there?s nothing he can do and they can?t remake it. He then says we may be able to help you if you used thechipotle app, which I said I used it, then he said ?that uses door dash so we can?t help you?. Manager doesn?t care, don?torder delivery from this place because they don?t care if your food gets stolen. Now I have to wait 5 business days fordoordash to refund my money. Manager needs to be fired, he was very unprofessional when I spoke to him and didn?t seem to carethat my food was stolen that I paid for. Come on now, is it really that much of a problem to remake a BOWL that I already paidfor, it?s not a gourmet meal with expensive ingredients. Read more
My favorite is the bowl with chicken! Soooo delicious. There are restaurants with similar ideas but Chipotle has such a unique... flavor! This location if somewhat difficult to find parking but I'm also just not from here and not familiar with cities ingeneral. The staff was nice and the environment was chill! Read more
went there today and asked for a bowl with steak, they had mere morsals left, yet the boy working on the line was swift to scoop... the like 3-5 oz steak onto my bowl. Next they were stingy with the sour cream, and then i realized this wouldnt be enough i wentback and said can i some chicken as well please? This is the worst chipotle I've been to. They give you almost half a portion bowl when you order online, the forget ingredients,... and every single time, my food has been refrigerator cold within minutes of it being ready to be picked up. Read more
This location is just on the edge of the University of Tennessee campus. Lots of students use this location. Many were there... socializing and studying. Great vibe an atmosphere. Super clean. Parking can be a little difficult here but it is available insurrounding lots you just have to look for it. Definitely recommend this location Read more
Had them catering our Christmas lunch at work for 25 people. Everything on the left is salad, corn, guacamole, rice , peppers... and onions and a thing of grease. The middle is 4 bags of soft shells and 2 bags of chips. The 2 on the right is the only meat (protein ) they sent us. The DM that our manager talked to said she don?t care about our complaints and will not do anything tomake things better. Unprofessional way to treat a business?. Or anyone for that matter.
