Took a long time to get our food. They only had one person busting the line. She did great, while the shift manager just stood... at the register watching. They were also out of veggies. It's still good food and the staff were nice. Read more

Ordered delivery to our hotel while traveling. You know how Chipotle can sometimes be hit or miss especially when getting it... delivered. But look at these masterpieces. Wouldn?t normally leave a review for a franchise restaurant but this location isdoing it right. Read more

Busy, polite crew working. Mostly clean during a busy service hour. Communicated ingredient outages well (close to six signs... plus a worker told us and when we got to the counter they told us again). Clean, stocked restroom. Would recommend this Chipotleto others. Read more

Just got a postmates order from here? worst experience i?ve ever had. Order large chips/queso and large chips/guac, didnt get... either chips. My quesadilla was freezing cold, there were LUMPS OF MEAT IN MY QUESO.. my bf got a bowl with just rice and steakand it leaked through the bottom of his container. Went in for salads and the lettuce there was absolutely disgusting looking. Look like it had been sitting out for days and was... rotten. Upon request they pulled new lettuce out of the fridge that looks exactly the same, discolored and rotten. Will not goback. Nowhere near Chipotle standards of "fresh", "clean" ingredients. Read more

First time at chipotle, kept hearing good things and thought I?d give it a try. First off, the manager had to tell the line... worker three times that I was ready to order. He acted like he was miserable and didn?t want to be there. When I asked whatsomething was, he told me AS HE PUT THE ITEM ON THE BURRITO so I had no choice but to eat it at that point. When I got the salsaon the side so I can make sure it?s not too spicy, he didn?t put the lid on properly. I got home, my bag busted through thebottom because the salsa juice poured out everywhere, so my burrito hit the ground. Got inside, went to eat it, and this is whatI opened it to. He didn?t even close the burrito all the way so my toppings are falling out. Definitely not going back to theFountain City Chipotle. Not worth my time. Also, the queso is powdery and bland and I paid $5 for a small cup with chips. Notworth it. Read more

I was looking at the reviews. I saw the rating of 3.9 stars but went to read the comments because sometimes people will say... things because they just like to complain. What they said made sense. Not just from my experience years ago but fromtonight. Tonight my husband and I had the chicken bowl. They had no more tomato salsa, guacamole, or queso cheese. I was solooking forward to chips and queso. The service was not bad. We had tried to order online but the only choice to pay was byGoogle Pay so we went in person. The chairs were uncomfortable. I was afraid of starting a sciatica cramp in my left leg becausethe edges were pressing into my thigh. Last time we came here 4 years ago I got sick. Thirty minutes later my stomach startedto bloat and hurt. I spent the night throwing up and diarrhea. My husband got the runs the next day. I would call the headoffice to complain but a woman wrote that she tried calling but got no response and when she emailed them they did not answerher. This is poor management. I was told they were busy today and that's why they were missing stuff. But when you read theother comments here,. You see that this has been going in for quite awhile. Management doesn't read the comments here otherwisethis situation would change (if they even cared). Read more

Normally every chipotle we visit is like clockwork and offers a 5 star experience! Unfortunately not today. They were hurrying... so much they kept making mistakes on our order (like guac on the side for example). We know they are in a hurry and thishappens .. probably my biggest issue with chipotle in general is rushing the orders through. But the reason for only 3 stars.The rice was hard (way undercooked), the steak was much more red then I?ve ever seen, the chips were hard (like they were stalebut we could tell they weren?t old), and the guacamole was missing something (it was soo bland). I?m sure it was just anexception but this time we left very disappointed. Read more
