Coming from it myself, I'm usually very lenient with the food service industry but this is by far the worst Chipotle I have... visited. The person making our food was attentive and got us through quickly. The sevice line was pretty messy and emptylooking. When it came to check out, we stood there for a good 5 mins before we asked to be rang up. Meanwhile multiple employees(at least 5) were busy chatting among themselves and eating fresh made chips while just walking past us standing there. When weasked for help they all just kind of looked at us and didn't say anything and kept on doing what they were doing.. So we waitedanother couple minutes and again we had to ask if anyone can ring us up and again they just stared at us. Finally a girl walkedover and said I guess I'll ring them up without giving any type of apology or thank you for visiting the store. The food wasflavorful but cold by the time we got home. When we were leaving it looked like their manager was outside by the trash smoking acigarette. I'm guessing she was on break and the young kids were running the store themselves. Read more
I am normally incredibly patient when it comes to food industry workers especially these days but this place is a total wreck.... There is absolutely no organization within the to go orders, or the employees in general. I was waiting for my to go food andtwo men were just making the to go orders and not shouting names, just putting them on the self in front of them to wherecustomer could not see. I had to tap a worker on the shoulder and ask whose order he just put away and of course it was mine butI had to physically check the bag...I could of said "hey this is mine" to any order on the shelf and they would have given it tome. This is the second time my order has been wrong. I do not think it is because there is a lack of employees because it seemsto be very well employed, but rather a lack of good leadership. Worst Chipotle I've been too. Won't be back again. When I first walked up the doors were locked. Had to go around the side which... was annoying. I informed them of this. It apparently was intentional. Then I stand in line forever, was greeted with anattitude, and was given a way smaller portion size. Cleanliness was also an issue. The guy preparing the food just kept sweepingthe out spilled food directly into whatever bin with his hands resulting in mixed ingredients. Also the food wasn't warm. I getto the register and they couldn't scan for my rewards, and their printer was conveniently broken so I couldn't get a receipt. Read more
My hard earned lettuce did not earn much lettuce in return. This Chipotle has been improving from more recent experiences, but... the supply chain issues, cost, and quantity are going to eventually pose a challenge for Chipotle. Paying amounts approaching$20 for a bowl that has this little ingredients isn't going to entice one to consider Chipotle as a real option. Hoping thisturns around. Read more
We love the chipotle chain, but this specific location is constantly is out of ingredients and utensils. This is not always at... the later times. Since other locations are good at stocking things like lettuce, chips, veggies, beans etc, they cannot blamethis on "supply chain" shortages. I think they should offer discounts when they run out key items, this might change their ways.Take utensils with you incase they are out the day you go! Read more
God forgive me, but the food was so bad that we had to throw it out. Everything tasted watered down; rice, beans, corn, salsa,... sour cream and the queso didn't even taste like queso. Everything was bland and soggy. This place does not meet the standards ofthe other Chipotles. Don't let the photos fool you. -4/10 would not recommend Read more
Look at the pictures and you tell me. The place was filthy and the food wells had food choices mixed (cross-contaminated). The... robot who took my order would ask what I wanted and before I could finish he?d ask what else I wanted to the point it wasobvious I was keeping him from the powwow the other five people were having behind the wall. On Oct 5, 2022 at 8:45 pm (closes at 10:00) we entered this very clean restaurant. There were at least 7 to 8 folks working that... we could see. No guests inside. When we approached the glass it was crazy. There was no steak, no black beans, no vegetables,almost no chicken. And what was in the pans looked like it was left over from lunch. No one would look at us for about 30seconds. They all had to know. Then one gentleman said may I help you. My wife asked, are you going to be making any more food,and he said, "No we are out." I chuckled and asked, " you are out?" He said, "Yes." As we were walking out, the only otherperson that would look at us said. "Sorry, " as I walked by. We all know better. I decided to go back in a take a couple ofpicks that are time stamped 8:48. In my life this is the first negative review I have ever posted, because I understand that noone is perfect.
