I have been getting the Quesadilla explosion salad for years at multiple locations. We ordered a pick up order one night and... sadly when we returned home we realized they forgot the chicken and several other items. It was like a garden salad with thecheese quesadilla on the side. No chicken, no bean and corn salsa, which is what makes the salad. The guiltless steak andbroccoli plate we had also ordered was over cooked. It's usually pretty okay, but this time was rough. My seafood pasta bake was so dry it was unreal. There was about a tablespoon... of sauce on it. My wife's steak was burnt on one side and she asked for rare. What she got was almost well done. I will say thatwe told them we would pay for the side items but not the steak as it was inedible, but they ended up comping the whole entree.Thankfully we had an awesome waitress and she did a great job. Earned a good tip. It was just food quality that was lacking.Honestly though it could be because they are short staffed, so I wouldn't give a lower rating. We are all human, and we makemistakes. I went there 4/8/22 I ordered to orders of wings, and got chips and salsa..got home the wings had no sauce, I NEVER said no... sauce then they weren?t cooked all the way I?ve been nauseas for 24hours still THEN on top of it my son started to eat the chipsand they were stale !! The entire meal was destroyed!! Manager Shana was very nice said she?ll be there next couple days andwill redo it.. BUT I?m not wanting any wings or their food right now I?m stomachally turned off I wish they would just give memy $5 gift card back and my money.. I don?t trust this place. I paid for takeout and found hair or something in the food. Thankfully I didn?t eat it. The guacamole... was old and the tortillas shells looked like they were used to pick up crumbs. First and last time ordering here. I stillhaven?t gotten my money back either smh. Bartender was nice. Food was good. It was 2 for 1 beer day. They really have some good deals. 3 for $10, 2 for $22 and 8 dollar... lunch deals. The chicken tortilla soup was very good today. Had the spicy shrimp tacos and was surprised with flavor it wasn'tthat spicey but it had their Cole slaw at bottom if taco either gave it a nice taste. Read more
Was very good hot and fresh had a great server even if there was only three there she ran her butt off. Everything was just as... expected. I don't give 5 stars very often maybe 4 times this year but I have to give Chili's on Clinton highway 5 stars. The service was... awesome and the food was well prepared. The ribs I had were by far the best ribs I've had in, well ever. I'm 55 so I've had myshare of ribs. Everything we had that night down to the chips and salsa was great. I liked it so much that if I was able to Iwould eat there every night. I've never said that about any restaurants any where. I want to congratulate the staff andmanagement for doing an excellent job.
