It's ok. Had the basic chicken salad sandwich. The white bread was great, the actual chicken was not the best, not the worst.... Just eh.. The pasta salad was kinda gross. For some reason they used the smallest spiral pasta they could find and smothered itin Italian dressing. Read more
I love Chicken Salad Chick but will not be going back to the Kingston Pike location. I ordered two scoops of chicken salad and... when I got to the window I asked for a few extra crackers. I got back to work and opened the box to find the extra 3 packets ofcrackers given had been smashed and busted open. Why? Why would someone go out of their way to smash crackers like I was in thewrong for asking. I paid $12 for 2 scoops (1/2 cup each) of chicken salad and asked for extra crackers (got 3 packets)...What acrazy request! I went for the first time this week. The cashiers were helpful, pleasant and a pleasure. I had the Classic and Sassy Scotty with... crackers and soup. Delicious. Liked it so much took 3 small grab and go containers for home with the family. Will definitely goagain. Read more
