This location is struggling. I live 1 mile down the road and frequent this CFA for my son who loves their food. The staff is... young, and the manager (female) has an abrasive demeanor. You can tell the morale is not high between subordinates/superiors.Moreover, the orders are incorrect 50% of the time. Today I was told to pull ahead for my order, 8 minutes later it was broughtout and they forgot my nuggets and fries, went inside to gather missing items and the manager hollers ?there?s a car parked inthe pull ahead and I have no clue why? I waved the staff down saying it was me parked there, since not a soul looked at me whenI was standing inside by pickup counter waiting for assistance. I will just drive to TC or Bearden from now on. Very clean restaurant the service was top tier. I like how the guy working inside was cleaning constantly and wiping down the... chairs and tables after each guest left from eating in dinning area.The kids enjoyed the play area it was very clean as well.The food was good as usual chick fil A never disappoints me I always leave full and happy ???? Rushed to get at the location all for nothing and wouldn't serve me came out to say sorry we're closing 29mins early. Well end... of story I just got off of work at 9 from a ten hour shift to waste min time and went home tired and hungry this night. Not tomention a upset moody GFriend that didn't get her nuggets and Shake. Would be great if places stayed open as advertised andposted hours. Read more
My son went in at 8:59 and we didn?t realize they close at 9. They still served him and were very nice about it. Great service,... great food! Thank you for being kind to my 12 year old. Read more
Hello Chick-fil-A, Today I came in to get 5 frosted lemonade/ substituted with dr pepper and I was told that was not possible by... the cashier and then the shift lead. That was my only purchase and I came in. I?m sure if I had of ordered it on the app youwould have fulfilled the request. What I am most upset with is the fact that it wasn?t a pleasure to serve me today. The factthat you denied my simple request and it is a simple substitution of lemonade with Dr Pepper. I still can?t believe thishappened. Especially when I order them all the time at my local store. Service was quick, and the food was excellent. Beautiful interior and exterior. The exterior was well kept (parking spaces... swept, lawn was freshly mowed, etc.). I ordered a chicken biscuit, and it was the best one I have ever ordered. The biscuit wasbuttery and soft. And the chicken was moist and flavorful. Excellent first experience! Read more
We went inside just after 7pm planning to dine in. When we placed our order, we were informed that they were closing the dining... room because they were busy. Got our food promptly. When we got home one of our sandwiches had a hair inside the wrapper. Firsttime we have ever been disappointed at Chickfila. Read more
