Normally I never have anything negative to say about any Chick-fil-A, but the location of this one is horrendous for getting... back into traffic. The no left turn makes it a challenge to get back to work in a timely fashion and no way to get into theadjoining parking lot which has a traffic light is even more frustrating. Read more
I walked in and several people were standing around and noone even notice me to take my order. Then when they finally did they... usually get you your drink before you sit down well they didn't and then once they brought me my food I asked for it and theperson gave me attitude for asking. Then once I began eating my chicken sandwich it was cold and put together very messy but Ihad just worked all day so I ate it any way . Literally took 40+ minutes to get through the drive-thru! Chick fil a is usually amazing at getting through the traffic quickly... but they didn?t have anyone collecting orders outside like normal and had one person manning the orders the entire time.Terrible strategy! I?ve never been to a chic fil a that seems to be having as many issues as this one lately. Drive thru is crazy slow regardless... of whether you place a mobile order or wait until you get there. Milkshake had whip cream and we specifically asked no whipcream. We got to the window, food was ready and the drink wasn?t. They claimed it was move day at the dorms so they were justextremely busy. I would say planning ahead and management needs to make adjustments. Read more
Everything was great, staff especially but I got sick shortly after eating the chicken.. not sure what the deal was there since... I usually eat here on my breaks and have had no trouble, but as soon as I finished my meal yesterday my stomach has been doingbackflips ever since. Running to the bathroom, throwing up, etc? might wanna stay away from this place for a bit if they?re notfully cooking their chicken.. other than this issue this place is amazing. Read more
We just had a small office Birthday Party at the store in the library room. Daniel and the staff was amazing. They made... everything look incredible and the food was great of course. Our birthday boy was turning 60 but we celebrate like we were 6. We even had Mr. Tim The magician come. Read more
