Normally I never have anything negative to say about any Chick-fil-A, but the location of this one is horrendous for getting... back into traffic. The no left turn makes it a challenge to get back to work in a timely fashion and no way to get into theadjoining parking lot which has a traffic light is even more frustrating. Read more
I walked in and several people were standing around and noone even notice me to take my order. Then when they finally did they... usually get you your drink before you sit down well they didn't and then once they brought me my food I asked for it and theperson gave me attitude for asking. Literally took 40+ minutes to get through the drive-thru! Chick fil a is usually amazing at getting through the traffic quickly... but they didn?t have anyone collecting orders outside like normal and had one person manning the orders the entire time.Terrible strategy!
