This location is closest to my home so I go there out of convenience. The food was cold. Not warm, but cold. The drive-thru... person had the personality of a zombie. We greeted him and thanked him. If i wanted a room temp nasty burger, i would have eaten yesterday burger that i left on my coffee table! This BK has the worst... food out of any of them. Also, its the dirtiest one ive ever seen. At roughly 5:40 p.m. Sept. 01, 2022.I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 Whoppers. One with no tomato, and one with no... pickle. I was asked to confirm my order 3 times and when I got it home it was wrong. Not only was it wrong the food was hardlyedible. The burgers were just thrown together, they were lukewarm at best, and there was so much ketchup and mayonnaise that itwas just oozing out of the sides. Burger King just lost my business. This has happened once too often. I would have gone on thewebsite and made my complaint but I was not even given a receipt. I did note the time at the beginning of this message and thedescription of the order so that it could be verified, that is if perhaps management may even see this. Truth be told it wasprobably the management that filled this order. I would like to suggest that the owner send someone through this drive throughand witness for themselves what they get for their money. Bon appetit. Read more
The one on North Broadway is super slow. Some of the employees are nice but they are rare...most have attitude. Don't go during... a busy time unless you want to wait in the drive thru for 20+ just to give your order and another 20+ to get your food. Read more

Lady in the drive-thru was RUDE! Started our order, she cut us off with a total, never asked for our drinks, we told her we had... more to order and she got mad. Pulled around, she snatched our card, then yelled "here" when she handed us the card back andwhen we got our food. I have tomato allergies and ordered my food without tomato and there was tomato on it so I couldn't eatit. I'd love to tell you the ladies name but we weren't given a receipt.
