I don't know if this is all locations (Knoxville TN) this chain of restaurants has really went downward since the early 2000s... EVERYTIME I visit a Burger King in my city it is very nasty and cold the buns are never heated the Fries are over cooked andtaste like they have sat under a warmer all day long and reheated in old grease. I love Burger King but the people that areworking in these stores do not take their job serious and don't care to serve food I wouldn't give my dog. Something reallyneeds to be done about this, if management doesn't care than why should the employees. Read more

I want to brag on this location! Times are very different and difficult to find employees and such right now. But this place... never let's it slow them down one bit. Everyone there has the BEST ATTITUDE I've ever seen and so very polite! I highlyrecommend stopping by this location when in the area! Truly awesome staff and very clean store. My daughter went through the drive through and the coupon code had expired. My daughter asked to call me so I could reset the... code and they said no she wold need the coupon in hand. She again said it was a coupon on the internet and he said that she hadto have it in hand. She was picking the food up that I was paying for and I was using the coupon from my app. I tried to callthe store and have it cleared up and he said there is nothing they can do about it. I used to eat at BK often, but the food hasgotten worse and worse. The services has gotten worse and worse. I will never go back to this Burger King again. Even withgas prices where they are I will go to the Burger King that is much further from my house then to give this restaurant anymoreof my business. Read more

Ordered a simple veggie whopper. Explained everything to them very very simple order. Got to work and they gave me buns with... pickles and onions. THATS IT. Terrible and ruined my entire lunch. Please play attention to peoples orders this is sickening. Read more
