i am impressed with this Burger King, staff are friendly, place is clean. They service is fast. Biscuits are better compare to... the one across Burger King. Burger King Sausage biscuit, fresh fried egg, more flavor on the sausage and the biscuit is crispyoutside. Yummm Read more

Enjoy their burgers way more than other fast food. This place put them together really well.
Nasty, stinky whopper. I ordered it thru the drive thru. When I got home to eat it, whew it stunk like death. I live too far... away to have gone back that day but I'll NEVER eat there again. I'm afraid of food poisoning. Not a very professional staff.They act like they are doing you a favor. I use to love BK. The one in Alcoa is good. Read more
After getting out early on the morning, I decided to go by my credit union to make a Saturday morning deposit. Since they were... not yet open, I needed a place to sit and wait for nearly an hour. The BK wasn't far away, and I like thecrousandwiches....seemed like an opportunity. I had the 2 for $4 deal and sat down to enjoy. My food was fine. There was, whatappeared to be, a homeless person in the restroom taking a bath at the sink, so I had to pass on washing my hands. When Iinitially sat down, I found myself in an adjacent booth to that fellow. I moved to a different table when he was joined by acouple of his friends, and finished my wait for the credit union quietly and pleasantly. Read more
If there could be a negative 5 stars, that would be my vote. The ENTIRE restaurant was dirty and the bathrooms were deplorable.... I've taken pictures and will be emailing corporate. There was NO excuse for that level of filth. I refused to eat my food andbrought it home to feed my dog. Awful. Will NOT be back to this one EVER. Read more
I agree with previous review that staff are friendly but sadly they can't seem to get orders correct or on time. I asked if had... chicken biscuit and said "yes" but when pulled up said I would have to wait; it was cooking fresh. Ok..pulled up and 2 othercars behind me got their food and left. Finally mine came out but only 2 biscuits. They forgot my French toast sticks (whichwere cold). Finally got them and drove off not realizing they also forgot hash browns. And chicken biscuit was so tiny was notworth cost or wait. AND receipt so faded could bot complete survey. This was my 2nd time here and won't be back. Reason thatMcDonald's across street is backed up and BK is not. Read more
