Total lack of attention by employees will not be back. Went to drive thru and said salt and pepper with my order please.... Clerk said sure no problem. Got order drove off and NO SALT AND PEPPER. Turned around waited in line AGAIN got my condimentsand left. Read more
USED to be good. Not sure if they just got a whole new staff or not staffed enough but the last three times I?ve went my food... was cold or inedible. Got two impossible whoppers with cheese and by the time I got to my house 2 mins away they were ice cold.I don?t actually think they were warm when I was handed them because the cheese on BOTH burgers wasn?t even slightly melted.Definitely will be picking a different place to eat on Clinton highway. The food was fresh and made correctly. The dining room could have used a good cleaning along with the fountain drink area.
Clean, non smoking. Very helpful and friendly cashier. She suggested a few combos and menu items at a great price. Turned out... was a awesome deal and the food was great. Will come back. 10.21 for whoppers,fries and sodas x2. Yet talk about awesome dealwith great taste. Been years since I went to Burger King. Glad I did. I do not like McDonald's. But I love Burger King greattast,favor, and price you can't beat. Clean area, wheelchair parking, entrance, friendly employees, non smoking, family friendlyenvironment. When arriving at 9:18pm, my son and I were told by the manager that they were only doing take out orders now. There were at... least two families in the dining area but I guess 40 minutes before they close is when the owner of this business doesn?t wantcustomers sitting down. Talk to your manager, owner, her getting home seems to be a higher priority than customer service. Read more
