Terrible service. . .it took 30 minutes just to have our order taken. I gave up on our drinks and went to retrieve them from... the bar myself. Over an hour to receive food. No refills, cold food. Staffing shortages are not a real excuse given the numberof tables. This experience was completely due to poor management. The manager stopped by the table twice acknowledging weweren't being helped but did nothing to assist with the situation. Read more
I've eaten here before and it's been alright. Despite being in a nice neighborhood, not one of the better locations. This... time I came in and the place was crowded with a long wait. 2 wait staff, one host, one bartender. They were slammed and noteven using all the tables. The 3 staff that were there were doing amazing but I felt bad for them over worked and pushed to thelimit. The wings were also significantly smaller than is the norm at bdubs. I sat at the bar to dodge the wait. I felt badeven asking for refills the bartender was literally running back and forth and customers were yelling at him. They have room to improve their take out service. The restaurant is nice with screens in the walls to watch sport matches. It?s... located in a shopping strip so is convenient if you would like to eat some wings or hamburgers after shopping. They have a goodbeer selection. Read more
I usually look forward to BWW but this time it was extremely disappointing to say the least. The wings weren?t tossed properly... and all of them just had a pool of the sauce at the bottom except for the mango habanero which quite honestly didn?t even tasteanything like the sauce is supposed to taste. Not to mention you can see how dry it looked being served. This definitely left abad taste in our mouth after this experience. Read more
If I could rate this location a 0 out of 5 stars, I would. Was here on 7/30/2022, during the afternoon and this location has to... be one of the worst BW3's in America. The staff is lacking simple customer service skills. The restaurant was very dirty andhad many tables empty, yet covered with previous customers food and drinks with no urgency to clean up by the staff. I stronglyrecommend you avoid this location. Our waiter (Seth) botched my drink and appetizer order, failed to deliver food that wasready and waiting in the kitchen for more than 20 minutes, while he took a break near the entrance. Failed to return to table tocheck to see if refills were needed or to take payment. 100% avoid this location! Read more
Buffalo Wild Wings has the best Kid?s Menu and meals on the planet for all kids under the age of 12 years old.
