This is my second purchase of pulled pork this month that has been extremely dry, and even almost crunchy. Management said they... are training new kitchen staff and it has been a struggle. Easy to get a refund though, just tired of buying and then scramblingto replace at the last minute with another meal. We will go to another location for the foreseeable future. It?s not bad but to me, the brisket was covered with too much bbq sauce; and the bbq sauce had way too much vinegar. The meat... and fries were OK though. We may come back for more sometimes but I wish the place was a little less fast-foody. Read more

We got the Tuesday $6.79 dinner special we didn't get any hush puppies just cause we got a bun for our pork. They didn't tell us... that but we had ordered some extra on the side but it would be nice if they would tell you that. Other than that it was reallygood. Clean eating area, friendly staff. So no issues here. The meat was a little dry and the flavor mostly comes from the sauce. But... the meat was tender, and the price is family friendly. The sauce isn't the best I have had, isn't the worst either. It could usemore hickory flavor and a little more sweet. But it's good. The chili isn't the best and I probably won't get it again. The hushpuppies were mediocre. They could use something to boost the flavor, but they are not horrible. I will get them again. I ampicky and compare all BBQ to Memphis, so some may rate them higher than me. I find them to be pretty good for a fast food stylerestaurant. Pros: Price, fair BBQ, clean eating area, portions are not skimpy for the price. Cons: Meat lacks flavor, chili islacking, the meat is a little greasy all while being just a tad dry. Read more
Hate to give bad reviews but have to say there was a really rude, unwelcoming cashier as soon as we entered the building.... Couldn?t read her name tag well bc of the long hair covering it up but it started with an ?O? - Otawa or something like that.Food was ok - I usually love Buddy?s but the staff really affected the outcome of the food.
