I went through the drive thru at the Magnolia location. Girl that took my order was very polite. As I pulled up to get my food... and received it. I had ask for extra sauce. I checked to see if I had gotten it before driving off. I had one cup. I got theattention of the staff and an older lady came to the window. I said I ask for extra sauce and I only got one. She said how manysandwiches did you get? I said one , 3 orders hush puppies, lg fry and a pint of beans and a pint of potato salad. Almost 30dollars worth of food. After telling her I had ask for extra , she said back to me , CALM DOWN , We will get you extra sauce. Itold her I would pay for it. And I did , 25cents a piece for not even 1/2 full little 2oz cups. For the lady to tell me to calmdown when all I said to her was that I had ordered through thru the drive thru, was rude and unprofessional. I will not bereturning and I?ve been going there for years. I have eaten BBQ all over the United States, the pork, brisket, ribs, potato salad, beans, Coleslaw and hush puppies was better... than some of the Texas BBQ that I've had. I am and will make Buddies BBQ on my list to come back and eat. Great food and peoples Read more
Great experience overall. This is significantly above average BBQ for way below average prices. Dining room and bathrooms were... clean. The woman working the front counter could not have been friendlier, and even gave my 2 year old some animal crackerswhile we waited for our food. Food was very delicious. Was slightly late to dine in, but the manager was gracious to allow us this time. As my Mother is 75 an... has diabetes, so the food helped a lot and all other employees had a pleasant nice professional attitude. Read more
