I absolutely used to love this place, to the point that I referred to this bar as my home. So since those days I've definitely... changed my mind. There's a very definitive lack of wait staff, as well as extremely slow wait staff response time. We wereactually at our table for 13 minutes before a single person appeared to ask our order. I'm NOT A FAN WHATSOEVER of any form ofKaren!! However, this establishment definitely made me question why I was not a complete nightmare to others!!! Our First Visit tonight, cool deck Great vibe, food was great!! Then we didn't see our waitress for 45 minutes? Had to finally... get up and pay inside??? Then when walking out, we ran into a homeless person yelling at us???...we called the restaurant totell them about it and recommend they call the police, talked to an employee on the phone and she said, " oh don't worry aboutit, it happens all the time here????? We have finally found our "wing place"! Food was great, service was great. Only reason for four stars instead of five, is... because of the cigarette smoke. We went at lunch time, and there were very few people, and still left smelling like cigarettes.I imagine at dinner time when it's more crowded, the cigarette smoke may be intolerable. I'm hoping not because the food andatmosphere is good enough to bring us back. They do have nice outdoor seating which we may try next time, but I wish they woulddesignate the outdoor seating to the smokers. Read more
