My husband and I dined in for breakfast, only ones at the counter, she took our order for #8 and rang up #7 and i paid. Didn't... know til she called it over the mic and I said that's not what I ordered but she never offered to cancel or change it on theregister because there was a .33 cent more difference in orders. I asked her and she said it's not that much different and nevereven offered to make it up to me. The pocket change isn't a big deal. The deal is, you make a mistake then you correct it. Went through the drive through and ordered 2 number 13s (leg and 2 thighs) and received 2 Chicken tender meals. I would have... liked to eaten what I ordered and paid for. If they (employees) weren't locking each other out and playing childish games maybethey'd be able to provide adequate service. Read more
Extremely disappointed. I live 10 hours away from a location and have loved Bo?s but this location really let me down after my... 10 hour drive and craving Bo?s for months. Also really bummed the lobby was closed because then I had to figure out a way to eatmy dinner. The food was over cooked , dry and had hard pieces. Only thing good was my mashed potatoes thank the lord ! I knew Ishould?ve listened to my gut when I seen all the cars in the clovers line and Bo?s was a ghost town. Whelp?. Lesson learned. Read more
Our chicken was juicy and the breading was perfect. Not too crunchy and not soggy. The coleslaw was good and fresh. The biscuit... was light and fluffy. The honey was hood and didn?t overpower the biscuit. Read more

My dog loves Bojangles and the employees are always nice! It seems to be that I have to check the order before driving away.... Well, I didn't thinking the employees know what they are doing. I ordered 3 piece dark meat... When I got to the hotel, I endedup with 1 thigh and 1 breast. My dogs only eat dark meat, and white meat pieces they will not eat. So annoying!! I'm too tiredto drive back to get the right order. This is so annoyed!! Guess they will have to settled for dog treats and food tonight. Read more
Food quality strong and they most importantly get the order right every time. Few other restaurants are capable of doing that in... that area. Read more
