The fries were dry and so over-seasoned with salt that they were inedible. The customer service is also garbage. We spent over... $16 for breakfast and the lady would not give my boyfriend a single sauce. Then she got an attitude with him, and he got anattitude back with her. She also kept my debit card, and I definitely cancelled it after I realized that she kept it. This isthe worst location for customer service. Read more
Best breakfast around. Got country ham and actually found quit a bit on each biscuit and not a lot of fat. Clean plenty... parking,drive through or eat in. Handicap friendly . Read more

No receipt. Manager was smoking outside, straight to the line...no handwashing. I ordered (2) 8 piece chickens with (8 total)... biscuits..i got 6 biscuits, and, i t doesn't ring up like that. Instead I got a 12 piece with 4 biscuits and a 4 piece with 2biscuits. Get it together bojangles...I see why you all went out of business the first time around. Read more
The chicken was so so, but my issues was the service. We stopped in traveling back home to Indiana. The cashier that took our... order was pleasantly nice but the workers on the line had bad attitudes. I don't know if it was because we weren't regulars orwhat but my niece had to get one employee straight because of her attitude towards my niece. I had the 1 breast&wing dinner.. The chicken was tasteless so I had to go back and ask for a BBQ sauce which they charged me... .27¢. The girl who took my order told me it was not included in the meal. My fries lacked taste (I could taste something but itwas weak). My husband's fries on the other hand were way too salty though (new batch). My bisquit was dry and not buttery (saltythough). My husband's bisquit was very salty though. The coleslaw was VERY creamy and tasteless . The sweet tea was good. Butwhen I went to get it there were dozens of little flies around the teas. I hope I won't be sick when I get home!? Has Bojanglesdiminished in their quality of food and service? The menu board was incomplete (was missing half it's menu). Most of the staffwalked around looking at my husband as if he had no head. He gave his order to a female (she went in the back and just stared athim) and was served by a male. It was not his job as he was the cook. Last time are coming here. The worst Bojangles I have been to in a while, literally had to throw my food away. $7 worth and I had to pay 26 cents for the... honey mustard. It's not even about the money, it's the fact that I was hungry and looking forward to breakfast and now I'm stillhungry with a bitter taste in my mouth from all of the grease mixed with honey mustard and coffee and my car stinks ???? likeGrease .. disgusting food disgusting place !!!
