I go through drive thru and am told to pull up. I noticed there was another car already pulled up so I let them know since they... said it would only be 30 seconds for the biscuits that I would just wait there at the window. This seemed to upset Mike. I askedMike for my money back, he said I could only get that money back if I pulled up. I laughed and said I'll just wait the remainderof the 30 seconds at the window. He turns and tells the staff "if you all see this guy again..." I interrupted and asked if hewas banning me from Bojangles? He trys to slam the semi broken window and couldn't. I continued waiting and guess what, it waslonger than Mike said it would be. It wasn't an eternity, not even another two minutes. I don't know why Mike got all red-facedangry about me not following his directive. Mr. Bojangles, if you read this, do yourself a favor and don't let Mike speak tocustomers. Food was as expected. The food was good. I was unhappy to find out they no longer offer Southern Style chicken tenders. I can't eat all that spice... due to dietary restrictions. Then, I was told that they could not give us any BBQ sauce or honey mustard. We would have to payfor each packet. Because we ordered regular chicken and not tenders, they would not give us any. I did a BEC biscuit meal order through the app & it was supposed to be ready @ 730am. I marked that I was there on the app @... 725. 735 passed & no one brought my phone out so I called to make sure they got the order & to let them know I was outside andto see if I needed to come in. No answer. Time was sensitive due to work. They were getting drive-thru in & out so I drovethru the drive thru. They did have my food ready. I pulled out & grabbed a round. It was Luke warm at best & was crunchy like it wasn't cooked long enough. The sandwich was the same. Cheese still had a chill on it. Tried a different Bogangles &got the same result. I know they have to get ready for the morning rush, but you can tell the sandwich had been made & neverput in the warmer. Read more

We went through the drive thru for supper. The drive thru employee was very kind and patient with us as we ordered, the food was... very fresh & delicious! The cole slaw was excellent! I'm so glad that we ordered extra cole slaw! Yum! Great experience! Read more
