We had the Kahuna Pig Fries that came with a homemade garlic sour cream (pretty good). They were covered in cheese, BBQ pork,... and chives. Delicious. We also had the 25 traditional wings with fire seasoning. The fire seasoning isn't that hot, just leavessome tingle, which is fantastic! The dipping sauce selection is substantial! We had the jalapeño ranch, sweet chili lime, baconranch, hot honey, and original. They were great. My favorite was the hot honey and my wife's was the original. The wings werejuicy and well cooked! Enjoyed one of their bourbon flights (they have several to choose from or you can create your own). Ordered 12 boneless wings... with spicy garlic and hot honey sauces. They have a variety of sauces to choose from for dipping, depending on your tastepreferences. Offering salads, sliders, burgers, fries loaded any way you want, and multiple options for wings. Bought 2 - 10 piece wings and a side of fries for 52$. The wings come dry rubbed and you can order "flights" of sauces. My... daughter and I both bought different flights, but they had duplicates. The waitress was inattentive and not overly helpful andslow (ketchup and ranch took a long time to arrive when there was barely any tables) The building itself was lovely and seemed areally fun place. Probably one of the best wing places in Knoxville. They have a different take on how they do wings - bring them out dry w/... seasoning and you have sauce platter choices. For the record, the dry wings are great by themselves. This was a nice find. Beenhere a few years and been by it a hundred times and never noticed it! Stop in, you will not be disappointed. Only reason I amdocking a star - the server. They were not personable and took away from a new experience and dining as a whole. Read more
