I was afraid I would never find wings that would complete me. I can die happy now. We tried 7 different sauces. None of them... were disappointing. Surprisingly, "original" was our favorite. Where do I even begin? This place was great. The ambiance was very homey but with a restaurant. Bartender was very personable... and knew most of her guests who walked through the door during my time there. My wings tasted amazing along with the fries Igot. It took us a long time to decide to try Big Kahuna Wings. We regret that wait. Staff is top knotch, always friendly and... knowledgeable. Food is fantastic. You cannot order anything that's "just okay" from BKW whether it is their starters, loadedfries, wings, salads, sandwiches, or desserts. Current favorite is traditional wings with original seasoning and Hot Honey sauceand the chocolate ganache brownie. They are working on an expansion so pardon the construction. Like my son said "is like coming to a good friend's house " We arrived past 9pm on Saturday and it wasn't busy, from the moment... we stepped in we were greeted as we now each other for a long time. Our waitress Lauren was wonderful, so helpful with thesuggestions, we are glad we took her advice, the food was so delicious, very tasty, fresh, the place is inviting. Highlyrecommended. The manager greeted us when we arrived. He set us outside at our request. It was our first time there, he took the time to go... thru his suggestions and the different types of wings and sauces, even though he was already swamped. Our server was friendly aswell. Only down side, mosquitos on the patio, luckily we had spray in the car, so all was well. Heaved his full wings, which arehard to find. Being a vegetarian, the cauliflower and rub was so tasty! So good. The wings? amazing. Chicken wraps?delicious. Fries? great! This was our first time, and we will be back if ever in... Knoxville. All of the employees were friendly. The restaurant is on the smaller side, but is clean and has a nice ambiance. Theyalso have an outdoor patio which would be perfect on a nice day. We also tried a ?flight? of sauces which was fun.
