We always go to turkey creek and have rude workers but tonight just topped it all off. When we first get in we see to groups in... front of us. And the guy. Behind the counter looks at us and says ? you all will be my last three groups ? mind you we wereinside before 8:00 pm . Then when it gets to us after making us wait in line, says ? oh those were my last costumers ? and thensays that he doesn?t have enough time to do ours literally when it just turned 8 after making us wait. Although the ice cream was flavorful, the employee seemed really bothered with serving us. He gave us a measly scoop of ice... cream on a very stale cone. The ice cream he served did not fill the bottom of the cone and was not at all worth the price. Hehad major sloth vibes and was practically scowling at us when we entered the premises. Horrible service and ice cream made everyone in my house sick. Lady who worked there on 7/24/22, was so hateful and had no... hairnet on. Im hearing impaired and she was so impatient while my daughter was trying to tell me what she said. We will stick toBrusters from now on. The manager Kim is just plain hateful and bigoted. I have been to this location a few times now and I?m not joking when I say... she has made blatant racists comments every single time, like straight from the 1950?s racist comments. Absolutely horrific thatsomeone allows someone like her to work anywhere near other human beings. The other staff seem visibly uncomfortable near her,which is a shame because any time I haven?t had to deal with her the staff is friendly. The lady who helped us was extremely nice and friendly. The ice cream was delicious and didn't taste freezer burned like some... places, a little over priced but am over 50 and can remember when banana splits were 1.50$ hahaha . Read more
I've tried to use my gift cards (that I purchased for my grandkids) at this Baskin Robbins twice and both times they told me... their machine wasn't working. Is it ever working? Our first visit to Baskin Robbins ever. Waffle cone with the Praline N Cream was great, milkshakes are nothing to brag about,... service was not good at all. Being several hours from home and having never experienced Baskin Robbins before, we didnt knowwhat to get or what we might like, the lady behind the counter was just rude when trying to ask any questions about theirproducts. Didn't even get to get ice cream. Said they could not make a milkshake because she had recently made one and had to wait for the... container to dry before making another. Also said she had to charge 1.50 for each individual cherry. Horrible. Read more
