The last standing bookstore chain. This is a great location (even if the parking is terrible). They have a great selection, in... store Starbucks Cafe, and lovely children's selection. Their Harry Potter collection is unrivaled in a brick and mortar store. They also have an amazing selection of games not seen in regular stores! Read more

I always love coming here with my three year old son. Grab a coffee and then let my boy lead me around the childrens section. We... read books, check out Legos, and usually buy a stack of great things for him. Appreciate the horror section even more as itcontinues to grow! Read more

Each visit to this Barnes and Noble is a treat! I come by very often for visits with my chihuahua, Uji. :) Staff is always so... kind and helpful and INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. On multiple occasions I have asked an employee for a recommendation or helpfinding a book and their whole face lights up! You can tell they?re just as excited to talk about a good book as you are. Iactually live much closer to Books A Million, but my experience at Barnes and Noble is always significantly better so I go outof the way to visit. This location isn?t lacking in any aspect. The cafe staff are also warm and friendly! Read more

I'm a fan of physical bookstores in general, but at B&N I can get a Starbucks coffee, and browse numerous titles, which is... almost therapeutic. I also love when they have their criterion collection sales because I'm also a film buff. The staff at thislocation are always friendly and helpful. I have nothing negative to say about this place. Support physical bookstores! Read more

Barnes & Noble is my happy place. I?ve been far too many times this past month. They got me to try a new drink at the cafe too.... Try a chai latte with 2 pumps of brown sugar syrup. Hot or cold. Best thing ever. Read more

I've never physically been to this store but I've had such an amazing experience from them. I wanted a specific board game for... my birthday and when my partner went to buy it for me on Amazon, it was sold out. It was sold out EVERYWHERE. I saw that B&Nnow carried it and while it was sold out online, it said it was available in store. I ended up calling ten stores that showedthey had it in stock but they couldn't find the game. One said they had it but it ended up being the wrong game but with asimilar name. I visited about four stores to no avail and then I took a last chance and called Knoxville, halfway ready todrive 100 miles if they had it. But the woman who helped me (I wish I could remember her name!) was very kind and was able tofind it. She even confirmed that it was the exact one I was looking for and not the one that had the similar name. I thenasked for a huge favor to have the game shipped to me and after double checking, she said absolutely, I just had to pay $5.99 tocover shipping and it would be sent out Monday (today). I got an email this morning from UPS that it will arrive tomorrowmorning and I absolutely didn't expect it that fast. I know that all of this is probably standard practices but I just reallyappreciate the time and effort because it absolutely made my day and there aren't enough positive reviews in the world.
