I love Barley's! They are welcoming and have incredible fries. Last month, I tried their Halloween drinks (pictured). They were... amazing. Their staff is always friendly. They have deals on some brands of drinks at times, which is always nice. Read more
What?s not to love about Barleys? You?ve got live music, great food, and Phillip's excellent service. Grab a few friends and... head on to Barleys. Iconic location that?s been around forever. They have live music and trivia, a great beer selection and offer billiards and... games upstairs. We live close by and visit regularly and have found that the food preparation is not very consistent. Spin dipas an appetizer and some days it?s thick and other days it?s thin.. Some days it?s nice and hot, other times it?s barely warm?It?s never bad per se, just never the same dish twice. The pizza, on the other hand, does tend to be somewhat consistent. Mosttimes the wait staff and bartenders are great. We did receive unfriendly service at the downstairs bar once recently but, it wasjust after a UT home game and the restaurant had been very busy, having to use plastic cups for beer, etc. so I?d probably begrumpy as well. Still, no excuse for wearing your emotions on your sleeve in front of guests. Overall, I recommend this placefor a cold beer and some pizza.
